具有较好水溶性的碘代乙酸是新型饮用水消毒副产物,其对水生生物的毒效应及机理备受关注.肝脏是鱼类发挥解毒作用的的主要组织,极易受化学污染物影响.本研究以模式水生动物斑马鱼(Danio rerio)为研究对象,采用半静态换水法,研究了碘代乙酸急性暴露诱导鱼体解毒功能组织氧化损伤的毒效应机理.暴露96 h后,相对于对照组,不同剂量碘代乙酸(1μg·L-1、10μg·L-1和100μg·L-1)暴露导致斑马鱼肝脏组织活性氧和丙二醛含量明显增加;超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽S转移酶活性增强,而过氧化氢酶活性降低;肝脏解毒过程标志性基因CYP1A、CYP3A和GST在mRNA水平表达量不断增加;这些指标的变化都呈现明显的剂量-效应特征.上述研究表明,饮用水消毒过程形成的碘代乙酸对水生生物具有明显的氧化应激效应,鱼体肝脏组织解毒功能基因相对于其它指标更敏感,可作为生物标志物.此外,应当加强饮用水消毒工艺研究,减少碘代乙酸等消毒副产物的形成以降低其对水生生态系统的潜在危害. 相似文献

目的研究PVDF及其氟化POSS纳米复合材料在单轴拉伸载荷下的损伤行为。方法首先依据实验结果和细观力学均匀化方法,建立纯PVDF和三种不同POSS含量PVDF/POSS纳米复合材料的颗粒掺杂有限元模型,并通过在实体单元之间嵌入可破坏的内聚力单元来模拟损伤。结果模拟得到的应力-应变关系与实验结果相吻合,证明了模拟结果的可靠性。损伤破坏的初始时间表明在破坏的初期阶段,POSS对于损伤有抑制作用,并且其效果随着POSS含量的增加而增强。损伤速度和最终的损伤面积和则表明质量分数在5%以下的POSS掺杂对于PVDF的损伤有抑制作用,并且随着POSS质量分数的增加其效果不断增强。当质量分数达到8%时,POSS的掺杂反而加速了PVDF的损伤。结论 POSS掺杂影响PVDF的损伤破坏,掺杂量对PVDF损伤破坏有抑制/促进作用,这一结果有助于理解实验所得到的力学参数的变化规律。 相似文献

近年来,血吸虫病在我国又有回升的势头,采用植物灭螺进而消灭血吸虫病是控制血吸虫病蔓延的有效方法.实验研究了一种新型灭螺植物——天南星(ArisaemaerubescertsSchott)的灭螺效果和机理.采用天南星植物水浸液用于灭螺(Oncomlaniahupensis)实验,并检测天南星处理后钉螺肝脏生理生化指标的变化.结果显示,天南星全株均具有较强的灭螺效果,其中块茎灭螺效果最好:0.1%块茎水浸液处理3天后钉螺死亡率达88.4%,5天后达100%;天南星不同部位的灭螺效果为:块茎>叶>茎.天南星块茎水浸液处理钉螺后,随处理浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,钉螺肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,而过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低.天南星水浸液可引起钉螺肝细胞的过氧化损伤,导致其抗氧化能力下降,从而降低了其代谢和解毒功能.研究结果表明,天南星是一种具有良好灭螺效果的植物,可成为构建植物群落生态工程灭螺林新的物种资源. 相似文献

This new aspect of aluminium toxicity may causenitrogen exceedance in forest ecosystems and subsequent seasonalnitrate output (Eichhorn and Hütterman, 1999).In a research program the substances in the seepage water aremonitored in a small woodland in central Germany. We explorethese multivariate data for examining possible influences on theprocess of humusdisintegration and its temporal evolution. As aresult, a regression model for carbon is developed, whichincludes covariables, i.e., other substances, as well as spatialand temporal terms describing systematic variability. Electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (EM/EDS) can be used to determine the elemental composition of individual particles. However, the accuracy with which atmospheric particle compositions can be quantitatively determined is not well understood. In this work we explore sources of sampling and analytical bias and methods of reducing bias. Sulfuric acid [H2SO4] and ammonium sulfate [(NH4)2SO4] particles were collected on beryllium, silicon, and carbon substrates with similar deposition densities. While [(NH4)2SO4] particles were observed on all substrates, [H2SO4] and ammonia-treated [H2SO4] particles could not be found on beryllium substrates. Interactions between the substrate and sulfuric acid particles are implicated. When measured with EM/EDS, [H2SO4] particles exposed to ammonia overnight were found having lower beam damage rates (0.000 ± 0.002 fraction s−1) than those without any treatment (0.023 ± 0.006 fraction s−1) For laboratory-generated [C10H6(SO3Na)2] particles, the composition determined using the experimental k-factors evaluated from independent particle standards of similar composition and size shows an error less than 20% for all constituents, while greater than 78% errors were found when k-factors were calculated from the theory. This study suggests (1) that sulfate beam damage can be reduced by exposure of atmospheric particle samples to ammonia before analysis, (2) that beryllium is not a suitable substrate for atmospheric particle analysis, and (3) calibration (k-factor determination) using particle standards of similar size and composition to particles present in the atmosphere shows promise as a way of improving the accuracy of quantitative EM analysis. 相似文献

Cereal crop farmers in the Western Cape province of South Africa regard the Egyptian Goose as a serious pest. The Agulhas Plain, in particular, attracts thousands of geese annually primarily because of the abundance and availability of nutritious crops such as wheat Triticum spp. and barley Hordeum spp. for food and permanent water bodies for roosting, moulting and breeding. Therefore, this paper investigates the population dynamics and physical and financial impacts to cereal crops of the Egyptian Goose on the Agulhas Plain, Western Cape. Egyptian Geese inflict damage during three main periods, viz. soon after sowing (surface seeds); young, developing plants (growing plants); and cut plants stacked in windrows (long, linear piles) to dry. The largest numbers of geese were recorded during June and July when they foraged on growing plants less than 25 cm tall. Overall, the mean yield loss was 65.6% in 1997 and 63.5% in 1998. Fields suffering greatest yield loss in 1997 and 1998 were generally those within 600 m of the roosting sites and had about 300 geese grazing on them on areas of around 2 ha in size for about 2 months. By August, geese moved from croplands on to pastures. During October and November, geese once again fed primarily on barley seeds in harvested crops stacked in windrows. Damage by geese to farmers was estimated to be >2.5 and 7% of annual revenue received from barley and wheat farming, in 1997 and 1998, respectively.
