以好氧消化污泥为材料,对影响脱氢酶活性测定的样品前处理、生化培养、酶反应终止剂、三苯基甲Za(TF)苯取剂以及萃取条件等问题进行了系统地研究,进而提出了检测脱氢酶活性的常温萃取测定法。这种方法已在剩余污泥好氧消化处理、生物转盘处理生物制品废水以及陶粒柱反应器低温生物预处理饮用水等研究中应用,效果良好。 相似文献

文章通过实验研究了PVA与海藻酸钠混合载体包埋固定化微生物系统降解有机物的过程,并对其特性进行了分析。结果发现运行初期凝胶体有凝胶溶出现象,第一天凝胶有机物溶出高达2 173 mg,随后溶出量减少,7~8天溶出停止;同时发现包埋后的微生物活性有损伤和恢复的过程,损伤时相对活性为0.27经过恢复可达到0.85;另外,凝胶的粒径和比重等物理特性也随时间变化,最后趋于稳定。一年多运行实验发现包埋凝胶体的抗持久性也较好。这些特性的探讨将为工程应用提供理论指导。 相似文献

我国北方典型地区居民呼吸暴露参数研究 总被引:8,自引:2,他引:8
呼吸暴露参数是准确估算人体对污染物的暴露剂量和健康风险评估的重要参数之一,而我国目前对于该项工作的调查研究较少.采用问卷调查的方式对我国北方典型地区——太原的2 860名受试者进行了时间-活动模式的研究,结合人体能量估算模型,计算出适合该地区居民的呼吸速率参数,并与国内外情况进行对比分析.结果表明:该地区居民室内日平均活动时间为16.1~18.4 h;不同性别、不同年龄组的城市和农村居民从事各种强度活动的时间有很大差异;同时得出,该市城市居民长期暴露的呼吸速率参数为10.72~14.53 m3/d,农村居民为15.61~22.59 m3/d.与我国相关文献数据和美国环境保护署(US EPA)的数据相比,如果直接引用US EPA的数据,将会给健康风险带来30%~50%的偏差. 相似文献

Nahanni National Park Reserve is located at southwestern NWT-Yukon border. One of the first UNESCO World Heritage sites, Nahanni lies within Taiga Cordillera and Taiga Shield Ecozones. Base and precious metal mining occurred upstream of Nahanni prior to park establishment. Nahanni waters, sediments, fish, and caribou have naturally elevated metals levels. Baseline water, sediment and fish tissue quality data were collected and analyzed throughout Nahanni during 1988–91 and 1992–97. These two programs characterized how aquatic quality variables are naturally varying in space and time, affected by geology, stream flow, seasonality, and extreme meteorological and geological events. Possible anthropogenic causes of aquatic quality change were examined. Measured values were compared to existing Guidelines and site-specific objectives were established. 相似文献

Batch experiments were carried out to investigate the promotive effect of pyridine on indole degradation under denitrifying
conditions. The seed sludge was obtained from a local coal-coking wastewater treatment facility and was acclimated in the
laboratory. Indole and pyridine were supplemented to the synthetic wastewater at different ratios. The optimum ratio of chemical
oxygen demand (COD) to nitrate (C/N) was 8.4–8.9 for both denitrification and indole and pyridine degradation. At a temperature
of 28°C and pH of 7.0–7.5, the nitrate reductase activity (NRA) was in the best state. The addition of pyridine could promote
NRA and the degradation of indole. When the initial concentration of indole was 150 mg/L, the concentration ratio of indole
to pyridine was in the range of 1–10. Under optimum C/N conditions, the degradation of indole could be described with pseudo-zero-order
kinetics. There was no accumulation of nitrite during the reaction. When the concentration ratio of pyridine to indole was
less than 0.25 with an increase in the pyridine proportion, there were more significant augment rates for NRA and the degradation
of indole than the situation when the concentration ratio was more than 0.25.

TiO2 and montmorillonite composite photocatalysts were prepared and applied in degrading γ-hexachlorocyclohexane(γ-HCH)in soils.After being spiked with γ-HCH,soil samples loaded with the composite photocatalysts were exposed to UV-light irradiation.The results indicated that the photocatalytic activities of the composite photocatalysts varied with the content of TiO2 in the order of 10%<70%<50%<30%.Moreover,the photocatalytic activity of the composite photocatalysts with TiO2 content 30% was higher than that of the pure P25 with the same mass of TiO2.The strong adsorption capacity of the composite photocatalysts and quantum size effect may contribute to its increased photocatalytic activities.In addition,effect of dosage of composite photocatalysts and soil pH on γ-HCH photodegradation was investigated. 用水培法研究Ce(Ⅲ)对UV-B辐射胁迫下大豆幼苗光化学反应的影响.结果表明, 20 mg·L-1 CeCl3使大豆幼苗净光合速率(Pn)、Hill反应、Mg2+-ATPase活性与光合磷酸化活力4项指标较对照提高23.2%~14.3%; 有效抑制UV-B辐射(T1=0.15 W·m-2和T2=0.45 W·m-2)胁迫下4项指标下降, 4项指标降幅[Ce(Ⅲ)+T1为36.6%~15.9%,Ce(Ⅲ)+T2为65.6%~33.2%]小于对应的UV-B辐射组(T1为50.9%~23.3%,T2为77.3%~51.4%). 动态变化显示, Ce(Ⅲ)减缓了胁迫期4项指标的下降趋势,促进了恢复期4项指标上升幅度. 说明Ce(Ⅲ)通过减轻UV-B辐射对大豆幼苗光化学反应的伤害, 遏制UV-B辐射胁迫下大豆幼苗Pn下降. 相似文献
