新疆的生态旅游及其可持续发展研究

新疆旅游资源丰富多彩且具特色，但由于其特殊的地理位置和当地经济条件，这里的旅游业还不发达。随着西部大开发进程的加速，新疆的生态环境必将受到冲击和影响。如何保障生态环境不遭破坏，又在大力开发旅游资源的条件上寻求可持续发展，对此问题，本文在探讨生态旅游的现状利弊的基础上进行了研究。

论述了公民环境权的产生、性质及内容。分析了公民环境权与可持续发展的关系及我国公民环境权的现状。     

The Ecological and Environmental Characteristics and Conservation of the Wetlands in the Changjiang Estuary, China

The natural wetlands in the Changjiang Estuary, China are important ecologically. The total area of the wetlands in the Changjiang Estuary amounts to 215000 ha. The wetlands consist of littoral and sandy estuarine island areas, and are rich in biological resources. There are 136 species of vascular plant, 150 species of bird, and 68 species of benthic macro-invertebrate in the wetlands. However, the wetland in the Changjiang Estuary is a vulnerable ecosystem. Development of the wetland is mainly influenced by intensive human reclamation, pollution, movement of sediments in the Changjiang River, and the effects of tides and waves. Investigations have shown that maintaining biodiversity, providing resources for the living organisms, purifying environments and resisting natural hazards could be regarded as important functions for the protection of the wetlands. It is proposed that sustainable principles should be supported in developing the wetlands in the future.     

湖南省农业生态环境现状分析及应对措施

湖南省正处在经济快速发展时期,协调经济、社会、资源、环境保护之间的关系,保证区域农业和农村经济可持续发展,是迫切需要解决的根本问题之一。本文指出了目前湖南主要面临着农业资源减少、水土流失严重、农业生态环境污染加剧、农业环境污染事故频繁发生和农产品质量下降等农业生态环境问题,从群众认识、环境管理、资金投入等方面,分析了造成湖南农业生态环境污染和破坏的原因,简要介绍了国际上农业环境保护的先进经验和发展趋势,提出了解决湖南省农业生态环境问题的应对措施。     

Living with Pollution in Egypt

Environmental issues are increasingly discussed in Egypt, and there is some progress in dealing with pollution. This paper examines the environmental understandings of Egyptians living in four localities. People are preoccupied with such pollution problems as dirty streets, dirty air and water, and noise, for they aspire to live in a clean, healthy environment. To achieve this, they pressure the government, and take certain individual and collective actions themselves, although direct political action is rare.     

Sustainable Development and Environmental Impact Assessment in Egypt: Historical Assessment

The achievement of sustainable development demands the integration of environment and development. To achieve sustainable development requires a close collaboration and cooperation between environmentalists and the decision-makers. The evidence is that in developing countries (Egypt, as an example) the gap is widening rather than closing. Intensive research programs are needed, for instance in the field of sustainable development and urban environmental management, to narrow that gap. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has become a management tool for achieving acceptable forms of environmentally sound development and sustainability; at best it is proving nothing more than a permit to move a project ahead.It is recommended that indicators for sustainable development and their progress be fully monitored. Performance indicators should always be established, not only for project implementation, but also during and after the implementation process to make sure that all mitigation measures are satisfactorily implemented. This can be achieved by linking the license granting authority for action to the actual implementation of these measures. To secure the environmental sustainability of an environmental project, it is also important to have the EIA document as an integral part of the license application document, and to make it available to inspectors during their necessarily frequent inspection visits.     

麻栗坡绿柱石矿山的可持续发展战略

作为我国目前惟一的祖母绿矿山-麻栗坡存在着缺乏规划，设备简陋，管理和技术水平低、安全保障条件差以及劳动者素质低等问题，并由此造成的浪费资源，环境污染十分严重。进入21世纪后，如何使该矿山保持可持续发展成为一项非常艰巨的任务。     

21世纪初中国大城市的发展与水资源对策--以泉城济南为例

水是生命之源，更是城市发展的基础。在21世纪我国大城市发展的过程中，水资源已经成为主要的制约瓶颈。文章以泉城济南为例，对济南水资源存在的问题及原因进行了深入剖析，阐述了水资源短缺对大城市经济发展、保护城市特色和市民生活等方面的影响，从宜传教育、资源开发利用、宏观调控等各个角度有针对性地提出了解决水资源问题，促进大城市可持续发展的对策措施。     

青海野生大黄的生态特征及其开发对策

文章通过对青海野生大黄的生态环境、分布状况、群落特征、开发现状、存在问题的分析和论述，提出未来青海野生大黄资源开发必须遵从生态保护为先，生态、生产、经济、社会效益共同持续的原则，强化资源保护和基础技术研究，加大人工驯化裁培力度，不断满足日益增长的市场需求。     

发展我国森林生态旅游的对策思考

作者以生态旅游理论为基础，分析了我国森林生态旅游的发展状况，并以加入WTO为背景从中找出存在的问题，进而提出入世后推进我国森林生态旅游发展的对策。
