The study on the sustainable utilization of water resources of Jinan city is a research hotspot in the urban sustainable development field.How to use a scientific and rational evaluation index system to analyze the sustainable utilization of water resources of Jinan city and then guide the development and utilization of water resources becomes particularly important.Based on the theory of sustainable development this study introduces the method,basic steps and evaluation indexes of the assessment of the development and utilization of water resources.By systemic analyzing the exploitation and utilization standards of water resources and economy and society in Jinan city,the evaluation and index system of sustainable utilization of water resources in Jinan city can be constructed and index weight can be confirmed,and then,the standard of sustainable utilization of water resources in different years can be analyzed comparably.Thus,the deficiency of lack of reflection of coordination extent in water resources development standard,society and economy in traditional evaluation method is settled efficiently.The paper takes the sustainable utilization of water resources of Qingdao City in 2008 as the standard to compare and assess the water resources utilization in Jinan City.The paper also collects data of water resources in Jinan City from2001 to 2007.The result indicates that evaluation method is of feasibility and it is effective to the implementation of sustainable utilization strategy water resources in Jinan City. 相似文献

Abstract Male chicks weighing 700 to 900 g. received an acute or eight doses IG of 60 or 40 mg/kg ethylene chlorohydrin (ECH) respectively and were sacrificed eighteen hours after the last dose. Mitochondrial elongation of fatty acids was decreased significantly while fatty acid synthetase activity was not significantly affected by ECH treatment. Cytochrome c oxidase activity in fresh whole liver homogenate was significantly higher in chicks subjected to acute exposure with ECH when compared to the controls. Upon freezing and thawing of homogenates, cytochrome c oxidase activity increased significantly in the control group but was unchanged in the ECH group which suggests that the mitochondrial membrane integrity is compromised by the ECH treatment. Serum and liver triglyceride levels were significantly elevated in both the single and multiple ECH dose groups. Liver to body weight ratios were significantly higher in both treatment groups when compared to their controls. Histological examination of the liver of ECH‐treated chicks showed cytoplasmic clearing of the cells but no vacuolization or centri‐lobular necrosis. Serum isocitrate dehydrogenase levels were significantly higher in the multiple treatment ECH group than in the control group. 相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3和Na2WO4为原料,采用水热法合成了可见光催化剂Bi2WO6,并采用X射线衍射仪和BET法对其进行了表征。考察了合成温度、Bi2WO6加入量、邻氯苯酚(2-CP)浓度、溶液pH等对2-CP光催化降解效果的影响。实验结果表明:在加入140℃下合成的Bi2WO6催化剂1g/L、原始pH(pH=5.85)、可见光光照210min的条件下,对质量浓度为20mg/L的2-CP溶液进行处理,2-CP去除率最高为97.2%;添加少量H2O2对2-CP的降解有促进作用。 相似文献

以电镀污泥为原料,在温度为200℃、晶化时间为4h的条件下研究水热法合成复合铁氧体.结果表明,通过投加氯化高铁和沉淀剂可将电镀污泥中的Zn、Fe、Cr和Ni固化、稳定在铁氧体晶格之中;X射线衍射分析表明,此复合铁氧体主要为Ni/Zn铁氧体.通过选择NH4HCO3作为沉淀剂,可将电镀污泥中的氢氧化铜络合生成[Cu(NH3)4]2 ,铜萃取率可达80%以上;并可通过调节含铜分离液的pH值在5.4~6.4,生成碱式氯化铜转入固相,铜回收率在98%以上.复合铁氧体的磁性较强,分散性好,粒度分布均匀,且重金属浸出毒性低于美国TCLP(Toxic Characteristic Leaching Procedure)的毒性鉴别标准值.因此,水热法合成复合铁氧体是实现电镀污泥资源化与自净化的有效途径. 相似文献

Chlorine source is indispensable for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin and furan (PCDD/F) formation during municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration. Inorganic chlorine compounds were employed in this study to investigate their effects on PCDD/F formation through heterogeneous synthesis on fly ash surfaces. A fly ash sample obtained from a fluidized bed incinerator was sieved to different size fractions which served as the PCDD/F formation sources. The capability of different metal chlorides which facilitate the formation of PCDDs/Fs was found to follow the trends: Na < Mg < K < Al < Ca, when two particle fractions of >177 μm and 104-125 μm were used in the experiments. However, the capability of NaCl, MgCl2 and KCl did not seem much different from each other, whereas CaCl2 and AlCl3 were much more active in PCDD/F formation. NaCl and MgCl2 were relatively effective to produce more PCDDs, while KCl, AlCl3 and CaCl2 generated more PCDFs during heterogeneous reactions occurring on fly ash. 2,3,7,8-TCDF was the most significant contributor to the toxicity of the PCDDs/Fs formed from inorganic chlorine sources. Decreasing the sizes of fly ash particles led to more active formation of PCDDs/Fs when NaCl was used as inorganic chlorine in the experiment. The highest PCDDs/Fs produced from particles with size <37 μm, while the lowest PCDDs/Fs produced from particles with size >177 μm. The toxicity generally increased with decreasing size of the fly ash particles. The formation of PCDDs was mainly facilitated by the two size fractions, 104-125 μm and <37 μm, while formation of PCDFs was favored by the two other size fractions, >177 μm and 53-104 μm. 相似文献
