杭州市酸雨污染现状及成因分析

对杭州市1998年—2002年的降水监测数据进行了统计分析。结果表明,2002年杭州市区酸雨频率为73.6%,降水pH均值为4.68,临安酸雨频率高达97.5%,降水pH均值为4.04,其余几个县(市)降水酸度均<5.60。杭州市有82.1%面积属重酸雨区。指出,杭州市气象条件不利于大气中SO2、NOx的扩散,土壤扬尘不能对酸雨的形成起有效的缓冲作用,因此只有通过调整能源结构,从源头控制煤质(含硫量),严格控制机动车尾气污染,以减少SO2、NOx排放量。     

潘谢矿区导水裂隙带发育高度与采厚关系回归分析

根据淮南潘谢矿区最近几年导水裂隙带的实测资料,使用功能强大的数学分析软件Origin对其导水裂隙带与采厚关系进行数学回归分析,并对照现有规范中的关系通式,总结出更适合淮南矿区的预测公式,为以后淮南矿区防水煤柱的留设提供更可靠的理论依据。     

The adsorption of short single-stranded DNA oligomers to mineral surfaces

We studied the adsorption of short single-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid (ssDNA) oligomers, of approximately 30 nucleotides (nt) in length, of varying sequence, adenine + guanine + cytosine (AGC) content, and propensity to form secondary structure, to equal surface area samples of olivine, pyrite, calcite, hematite, and rutile in 0.1 M NaCl, 0.05 M pH 8.1 KHCO₃ buffer. Although the mineral surfaces have widely varying points of zero charge, under these conditions they show remarkably similar adsorption of ssDNA regardless of oligomer characteristics. Mineral surfaces appear to accommodate ssDNA comparably, or ssDNA oligomers of this length are able to find binding sites of comparable strength and density due to their flexibility, despite the disparate surface properties of the different minerals. This may partially be due charge shielding by the ionic strength of the solutions tested, which are typical of many natural environments. These results may have some bearing on the adsorption and accumulation of biologically derived nucleic acids in sediments as well as the abiotic synthesis of nucleic acids before the origin of life.     

试谈建立沱江源头水源保护区的必要性

本文根据沱江源头水源涵养林辽度砍代，导致源头蓄水量锐减，以及滥采乱控矿石，造成资源损失与灾害频繁的严峻现实，提出了建立沱江源头水源保护区的必要性。     

Food alert patterns for metal contamination analyses in seafoods: Longitudinal and geographical perspectives

The aims of this study are to explore metal contamination in food with respect to variations in: i) the levels found over a period of eleven months and/or ii) by food types; and iii) to report patterns in reporting between countries. The frequencies of reported cases of metal ion contamination were ≤ 25% of total food alerts with notable increases between June and October. The alerted food products were dominated by seafood, where the majority were due to Mercury contamination and were made by EU member states with Italy making 57 of the 102 reports. The contaminated seafoods originate in thirty two countries with only Spain producing over 10 contaminated seafood products with a total of 47. In conclusion, this analysis highlights the main detector and transgressor nations along with the seafood and metal types that lead to alerts owing to high levels of contamination.     

One-step formation of oligopeptide-like molecules from Glu and Asp in hydrothermal environments

Biopolymer accumulation in the absence of enzymes is an essential step for the chemical evolution of primitive life-like systems, and successful simulation experiments of prebiotic biopolymer formation have suggested that oligopeptides could have formed near submarine hydrothermal vent environments on primitive earth. However, the yield and length of oligopeptides -- typically limited to 6-mers -- seems to be inadequate. One reason is the rapid formation of diketopiperazines (DKPs) from dipeptides. In this study, using a hydrothermal microflow reactor, we show that the one-step synthesis of oligopeptide-like molecules of length up to 20-mers proceeds from Glu and Asp. Yields of up to 0.17-0.57% were obtained in an acidic solution within 183 s at 250-310 degrees C, as evaluated by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS) analysis and different types of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analyses. The present study indicates that Glu and Asp may have played important roles in the chemical evolution of oligopeptide-like molecules in hydrothermal vent environments on primitive earth.     

淮河流域姜堰市段河流水质状况、成因分析及防治对策研究

分析了姜堰市里下河地区河流水质状况和导致里下河地区河流水质污染的原因,提出了预防和治理河流水质污染的对策和措施,供政府和环境保护行政主管部门环境综合决策参考。     

Environmental quality of mussel farms in the Vigo estuary: pollution by PAHs, origin and effects on reproduction

This work analyzes the influence of environmental and physiological parameters on PAHs accumulation in cultured mussels. Lipid content and reproductive stage are directly related with PAHs accumulation pattern. We observed a rapid accumulation and depuration of PAHs, mainly during periods of nutrients accumulation, spawns and gonadic restorations. Correlations between PAHs accumulation and physiological status indicate when mussels are more susceptible to adverse effects of these pollutants. A positive correlation between mutagenic congener’s accumulation and occurrence of gonadic neoplastic disorders is shown for the first time in mussels. Molecular indices were used to identify the origin of hydrocarbons accumulated by Mytilus, showing a chronic pyrolytic pollution and pollutant episodes by petrogenic sources and biomass combustion in the studied area. Multivariate analysis suggests the possibility of including physiological parameters of sentinel organisms in environmental biomonitoring programs, mainly in aquaculture areas, taking into account their two aspects: farms productivity and human food safety.     

Origin of hydrogen sulfide in coal seams in China

In recent years, coal mines in China have seen accidents caused by sudden release of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), with higher severity. Based on recent local and overseas research on the origin of hydrogen sulfide and the comparative analysis of isotopes, the paper presents three formation models of hydrogen sulfide: bacterial sulfate reduction (BSR), thermo-chemical sulfate reduction (TSR) and igneous activity, as well as the characteristics for identification. This paper analyzes and categorizes the formation models of some hydrogen sulfide in coal seams in China. Some suggestions were put forward for future research of H₂S in coal mines in China.     

浙江西北山区酸雨成因研究

以临安市为例分析了浙江西北山区的酸雨污染现状，并用线性回归分析的灰色关联分析等就其成因作了探索性研究。
