造纸污泥硫化氢释放量及控制研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究TCuSO_4、NaClO、KMnO_4、H_2O_2处理液及其浓度对造纸污泥硫化氢释放量的影响.结果表明.随各处理液浓度增大,硫化氢释放量有不同程度的减少;各种处理液均能明显降低造纸污泥硫化氢释放量,效果从好到差依次为CuSO_4、NaClO、KMnO_4、H_2O_2;CuSO_4的除臭机制是铜离子抑制细菌生长,同时与硫化氢反应生成不溶的CuS;而NaClO、KMnO_4、H_2O_2除臭机制是抑制细菌生长和氧化硫化氢产生单质硫;干污泥硫化氢释放量比湿污泥大. 相似文献

Renewable resource-based composites were prepared with acorn powder and Thermoplastic resin poly(lactic acid) (PLA) by twin-screw
extrusion followed by injection molding processing or hot-compression molding processing. The study of the composites microstructure
showed poor adhesion between acorn powder and PLA matrix. The hygroscopicity, mechanical properties and melt flow property
of composites were promising even though the composites had a 70 wt% content of acorn powder. Silane coupling agent, 4,4′-Methylenebis
(phenyl isocyanate) and PLA grafted with maleic anhydride did not show obvious effect on mechanical properties of composites.
The impact resistance strength of reinforced composites with steel fiber webs were improved greatly in comparison with those
having no steel fiber webs. Thermal properties results of DSC and DMA showed that the presence of acorn powder significantly
affected the crystallinity, crystallization temperature (Tc), glass transition temperature (Tg) and melting temperature (Tm) of PLA matrix. The study results proved that composites had superior mechanical properties, enough to partially replace
the conventional thermoplastic plastics. 相似文献

针对普通碳材料吸附BPA需要过滤或离心等复杂过程,将Fe3O4晶体沉积到多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)表面,合成饱和磁化度为23.3 emu/g的磁性多壁碳纳米管(MMWCNTs)以实现简便的固液分离.MMWCNTs对水相BPA的吸附是一个快速过程,饱和吸附量为14.9 mg/g.MMWCNTs对水相BPA的吸附过程△G为负值,是一个自发过程;△H为负值,是一个放热过程;△S为正值,是一个熵增过程.MMWCNTs对BPA的吸附具有物理吸附特征,MMWCNTs与BPA之间的相互作用力主要为范德华力. 相似文献

采用液-液萃取辅以硅胶、氧化铝净化的方法,并结合GC/MS分析技术,系统分析了焦化废水中有机物的组成.在焦化废水中检测到15类558种有机物.根据有机物的分子结构、废水中的含量、毒性及环境效应,筛选出焦化废水中的特征性有机污染物,以区别于其它工业废水,可作为追溯环境中污染物来源的依据.经物理、生物和化学处理后,焦化废水中大部分有机物被去除,其中,对去除率的主要贡献是生物处理阶段.为了更好地考察生物处理阶段对有机污染物的去除特征,选定酚类、多环芳烃和喹啉类物质作为研究对象,分析了3类特征性污染物在A/O2工艺各单元中的去除状况及组成变化特征. 相似文献

An experimental study of methane–benzene binary mixture purification in a bench-scale reverse flow reactor is carried out.
Results for catalytic oxidation of the two hydrocarbons with remarkably discrepant chemical properties show that autothermal
catalytic combustion of very lean combustible concentration can be achieved with periodic feed reversal. Benzene is well removed,
but methane conversion is relatively low and mainly determined by the thermal level of the reactor. If methane is added as
auxiliary fuel to maintain autothermal operation when the volatile organic compound (VOC) concentration in the contaminated
air is too low, an excess amount is needed. The influences of gas superficial velocity, cycle period, and methane-to-benzene
ratio are discussed. A mathematical model is developed and solved using a FORTRAN code, with good correspondence being observed
between the two approaches. Results of experimental and numerical study indicate that, during catalytic oxidation of lean
VOCs in reverse flow reactor, the mutual inhibition effect between different kinds of hydrocarbon can be neglected. 相似文献
