The rapid development of large-scale livestock husbandry has caused serious air pollution problems (e.g., The Tuzuoqi demonstration farm belonging to the Yili Group. The farm is located in the suburb of Hohhot City in northern China). In this study, the gases in typical areas of a large-scale dairy farm were sampled and measured for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hydrogen sulfide, and ammonia concentrations. Fifty-two species of VOCs were identified. The VOCs emitted from the cowshed mainly consisted of halogenated hydrocarbons (16,960 µg/m3), ketones (15,700 µg/m3), esters (9889 µg/m3), and sulfur compounds (3677 µg/m3). The VOCs from the oxidation pond were mainly composed of halogenated hydrocarbons (21,940 µg/m3) and ketones (3589 µg/m3). The VOCs from the solid–liquid separation tank comprised halogenated hydrocarbons (32,010 µg/m3), ketones (7169 µg/m3), and sulfur compounds (1003 µg/m3). The highest concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were obtained from the milking parlor and solid–liquid separation tank, respectively. The ammonia concentration declined gradually due to the superposition of ammonia emitted from the cowshed and milking parlor. Analysis results of the influences of distance and meteorological factors on the dispersion of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide suggested that the dilution factors decreased with increasing distance from the emission source. Within distance ranges of 0–10 and 10–25 m, the concentration dilution factors were positively correlated with wind speed and temperature but negatively correlated with humidity and atmospheric pressure. The results of our work can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of odorous gases in large-scale livestock farms.

Implications: Gases in typical areas of a large-scale dairy farm were sampled, and a total of 52 species of VOCs were identified. The highest concentrations of ketones, sulfur compounds, and esters were obtained at the cowshed (15,700, 3677, and 9889 µg/m3, respectively). Within the distance ranges of 0–10 and 10–25 m, the concentration dilution factors were positively correlated with wind speed and temperature.  相似文献

当前农业面源污染已经成为我国水环境污染的主要根源,文中通过对农业非点源污染现状的调查和对治理污染的手段和措施的分析,结合排污权交易的优势和特点,探讨排污权交易体系引入农业非点源污染控制系统的可行性,相比较于大型工业点源,农业面源污染减排成本较低的状况为排污权交易提供了有利条件。在分析面源污染具有涉及个体多、发生不确定性强、减排结果监测困难等特征的基础上,提出了工业点源与农业面源排污权交易的总体框架。同时针对农业面源排污权交易中可能存在的一些问题进行了初步探讨,提出解决思路,期待着为今后相关研究抛砖引玉。  相似文献

包覆型纳米铁的制备及其降解三氯乙烯的性能研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为聚合单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过微乳液原位聚合法制备包覆型纳米铁,采用XRD、FI-IR、TEM对其性能进行表征.结果表明:包覆型纳米铁(En-n ZVI)是在纳米铁颗粒(n ZVI)外层形成了稳定的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)包覆层,包覆后的纳米铁粒径均一、不团聚,并能于空气中放置3 d以上而不被氧化,克服了纳米铁在空气中不能稳定存在的缺点.降解实验结果表明:该纳米材料能有效降解环境污染物三氯乙烯TCE,24 h去除率超过了92%,脱氯率达到90.0%.  相似文献

Fly ash is a potential alternative to activated carbon for mercury adsorption. The effects of physicochemical properties on the mercury adsorption performance of three fly ash samples were investigated. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and other methods were used to characterize the samples. Results indicate that mercury adsorption on fly ash is primarily physisorption and chemisorption. High specific surface areas and small pore diameters are beneficial to efficient mercury removal. Incompletely burned carbon is also an important factor for the improvement of mercury removal efficiency, in particular. The C-M bond, which is formed by the reaction of C and Ti, Si and other elements, may improve mercury oxidation. The samples modified with CuBr2 , CuCl 2 and FeCl3 showed excellent performance for Hg removal, because the chlorine in metal chlorides acts as an oxidant that promotes the conversion of elemental mercury (Hg0) into its oxidized form (Hg2+). Cu2+ and Fe3+ can also promote Hg 0 oxidation as catalysts. HCl and O2 promote the adsorption of Hg by modified fly ash, whereas SO2 inhibits the Hg adsorption because of competitive adsorption for active sites. Fly ash samples modified with CuBr2 , CuCl2 and FeCl3 are therefore promising materials for controlling mercury emissions.  相似文献

Long-term dynamics of population decline can improve the conservation perspectives and strategies for endanger species. In China, new gazetteers having systematic compilation and wide geographical coverage can be considered as an important complementary for reconstruction historical distribution. For historical and cultural reasons, an endangered species–lynx (Lynx lynx) was recorded regularly in new gazetteers. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to evaluate the population distribution in Northeast China from the 1950s to 2014. The data show that Felis lynx was widely distributed in Northeast China in the 1950s, but the number of the occurrence records have been significantly reduced by 85.6% in the last 60 years. This research also enlightens us that the new gazetteers can contribute to data shortage and it would be helpful to conservation biology.  相似文献

Soil organic matter (SOM) releasing with dissolved organic matter (DOM) formed in solution was confirmed in a sediment/water system, and the effects of SOM releasing on the sorption of phenanthrene on sediments were investigated. Inorganic salt (0–0.1 mol L?1 NaCl) was used to adjust SOM releasing, and two sediments were prepared, the raw sediment (S1) from Weihe River, Shann’xi, China, and the eluted sediments with and without DOM supernatant remained, termed as S2a and S2b, respectively. The FTIR and 1H NMR analysis indicate that the low molecular weight hydrophilic SOM fraction released prior to the high molecular weight hydrophobic fraction. As a response, phenanthrene sorption kinetics on S1 showed atypical and expressed as three stages: rapid sorption, pseudo sorption with partial desorption, and slow sorption, thus a defined “sorption valley” occurred in kinetic curve. In all cases, partition dominates the sorption, and sorption capacity (Kd) ranked as S2b > S1 > S2a. Compared with the alterations of sediment characters, DOM solubilization produced by SOM releasing exhibited a greater inhibitory effect on sorption with a relative contribution of 0.67. Distribution coefficients (Kdoc) of PHE into DOM clusters were 2.10?×?104–4.18?×?104 L kg?1, however a threshold concentration of 6.83 mg L?1 existed in DOM solubilization. The study results will help to clarify PAHs transport and their biological fate in a sediment/water system.  相似文献

为了优化香港环境监测网络,收集香港14个监测站2011年1月1日至2015年11月30日的颗粒物PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)的小时数据进行统计分析。对PM_(2.5)进行聚类,并利用日均浓度变化图进行验证,结果表明,可将监测站分为4类(A、B、C、D类),A类位于城市郊区,B类则位于港口附近,且A、B类的PM_(2.5)日变化特征均呈现双峰型分布,峰值分别出现在09:00和21:00。对PM_(10)进行类似分析结果表明,监测站同样可以分为4类,A类位于九龙区,B类则位于港口附近,而且A、B类的PM_(10)日变化双峰分别出现在11:00和20:00左右。说明污染源头及地形的相似致使某些监测站颗粒物浓度的变化出现相同的趋势,导致监测设备的浪费和管理的冗余。建议建立更高效的空气管理系统,将冗余设备转移到其他地区,扩大空气监控区域。对PM_(2.5)/PM_(10)聚类结果表明,将监测站分为4类,B类均属于路边站,C类则位于居民区。同时还发现同类监测站PM_(2.5)/PM_(10)数值变化相同,并且可以用其中一个站的PM_(2.5)和PM_(10)浓度及另一个站的PM_(2.5)或PM_(10)浓度预测PM_(2.5)或PM_(10)浓度,为优化监测资源提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

4A zeolite supported nanoparticulate zero-valent iron (nZVI/4A zeolite), synthesized through borohydride reduction method, was used as a catalyst with H2O2 to build Fenton-like reaction system to degrade methylene blue (MB) in model wastewater. The characteristics and primary mechanisms of the catalyst were investigated. The results show that nZVI/4A zeolite has the potential as a Fenton-like catalyst, and (about 30 mg/L) MB was degraded completely in 3 h with 10 mM H2O2, 0.2 g/L catalyst, and initial pH of 3.0. The MB degradation rates were obtained at least 70% in the tests with initial pH ranged from 2.0 to 9.0 and the catalyst dose rose from 0.2 to 5.0 g/L. Importantly, the catalyst also has a distinctive ability to increase the solution pH value from its initial acidic pH and then maintain the value at close to neutrality. This ability was controlled by both the initial pH and the catalyst dose. MB degradation clarified that hydroxyl radical was the dominated active oxidative specie in the tests with initial acidic pH and low catalyst dose (less 2.5 g/L); otherwise, Fe(VI) oxidation was the main mechanism for MB degradation; and the two processes shared synergistic effect in MB degradation in the present test. The catalyst has high operational stability in both of the composites with low iron leaching (less 2%) and catalyzing ability. Therefore, nZVI/4A zeolite has great potential as a Fenton-like catalyst and is used with H2O2 to build Fenton-like system which could be used to degrade MB efficiently.  相似文献
