基于ArcIMS实现切片式WebGIS及其在地震应急中的应用

利用ArcIMS提供的地图服务功能,实现切片式WebGIS,从而可以获得更稳定、更快速的系统应用,以及更友好的用户体验。文章提出了以ArcIMS为基础实现切片式WebGIS的基本原理与思路,实现了所涉及的关键技术,主要包括:地图切片与实际地理坐标间的转换、地图切片的生成、地图切片的存储管理策略及网络发布与应用等。文章就基于切片式WebGIS实现地震应急指挥系统进行了简单的讨论,并且利用本文讨论的原理和方法,实现了地震应急日常运维管理系统,在实际工作中得到成功应用。     

煤粒筛分现象与粒度分布特性的试验研究

在求解煤的物性参数时,为探究煤粒平均粒径对参数求解的影响,以5种不同粒级的煤粒为研究对象,系统研究筛分现象和粒度分布;以煤粒瓦斯扩散系数求解为例,分析算术平均值、体积加权平均体积粒径对计算结果的影响.研究结果表明:煤颗粒在筛分过程中会出现特殊分选现象,目标粒级粒度分布仅占真实粒度分布的33.37％～49.32％;算术平...     

我国粮食安全保障中改善农业环境的途径

本文分析了我国粮食安全及粮食持续生产所依托的农业环境状况。从我国粮食生产状况与经济发展水平看,全国粮食生产处于结构性过剩与低水平安全中,区域性粮食安全与不安全并存;耕地资源、水资源以及农民的经济收入状况等均不容乐观,加之自然灾害加重,粮食生产的环境成本将随之增加,这将影响我国未来粮食安全。为此,本文提出了走农业集约化道路是解决我国粮食安全与改善环境的基本途径。

Double dividend of carbon intensity: environmental-quality improvement and sustainable economic growth

This paper established an equilibrium model including representative household, government, and eight industries, and two different environmental policy tools such as carbon intensity and carbon cap were added into the model. The paper points out that the carbon intensity policy imposed on major high-emission industries achieved double dividend of environmental-quality improvement and sustainable economic growth under the condition of proper constraint target. This result supports the environmental Porter hypothesis. This paper finds out that the double dividend is due to the fact that environmental governance policy leads to the rising price of resources and demand of labors, resulting in an effective redistribution of production factors among industries and sustainable economic growth. Furthermore, this paper estimates the marginal effect of economic structure on carbon emission and carbon intensity and provides targeted suggestions.

Hydrostatic burst test 0F X80 grade steel pipe

To evaluate the future application of X80 steel pipe in high-pressure oil and gas pipelines in China, hydrostatic burst tests were performed. The deformation and yield strength of longitudinal submerged arc-welding steel pipe Ф1016 × 18.4 mm under five applied pressure levels were measured. When the hoop stress is lower than 1.1SMYS, the pipe normally deforms elastically and uniformly with the maximum strain less than 0.3%. The slope offsets of the pressure–volume plot of pipe were discussed.
