采用了多种培养基 ,对广泛收集的菌种、相关土样进行分离、筛选 ,得到了 8株有效微生物 ,其产生的蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶等酶系可使大分子物质分解成低分子物质 ,微生物摄取这些低分子物质后 ,将其转变成二氧化碳、水和少量氨气并释放能量 ,剩余的少量固体残渣可作为生物肥料。采用以上 8种微生物制成的有机生活垃圾处理剂 ,如配合一定的处理工艺和设备 ,可对日常有机生活垃圾进行减量化和资源化处理。  相似文献

以北京某焦化厂苯精制车间废弃场地为研究对象,挖开10m×10m×4m的污染土基坑作为风险管控区,并进行微曝气阻隔技术处理,以期实现风险管控区的土壤气苯污染管控。结果表明,不曝气时,土壤中微生物主要为厌氧微生物。曝气1次不足以改变深层土壤的厌氧状态,对浅层土壤而言无法达到好氧微生物所需的足够O2,使得苯既不能被厌氧降解也不能被好氧降解,反而因扰动作用加速了苯的逸出,使得苯含量不减反增。再曝气3次后,各土层O2含量均大幅增加,污染土层中苯质量浓度降至0.79mg/m3,而清洁土层中苯质量浓度全部降到了0.22mg/m3以下,能够满足《污染场地挥发性有机物调查与风险评估技术导则》(DB11/T 1278—2015)土壤气中苯的筛选值(3.95mg/m3)。  相似文献

在9L、4格室的厌氧折流反应器(ABR)中,处理以葡萄糖为共基质的含硝基苯废水,温度为5~10℃,进水COD浓度为200-400mg/L,HRT为3h。结果表明ABR对有毒废水浓度变化的适应能力强,当进水硝基苯的浓度为0.48mg/L时,出水COD在21天恢复正常,运行稳定,反应器经硝基苯连续3天冲击(0.48mg/L)后,经历了原有微生物死亡、新微生物生长直到最终项级群落和稳定发酵类型的形成的过程。  相似文献

Tourism development results in water pollution not only in water-scarce areas, but also in areas with relatively abundant water resources, such as Lijiang Ancient Town (LAT). In this article, LAT is described for its use of the freshwater resource, on account of its attractive landscaping. Tourism here has grown rapidly in recent years and at the same time the water quality has deteriorated sharply. Several investigations have been made, with the aim of finding out the causes and consequences of water quality deterioration because of tourism development. The results show that the present mode of water utilization is not sustainable, and some of the local residents have already complained about water quality degradation. Increasing numbers of tourists, relative service infrastructures, such as, shops, restaurants, and hotels, and in addition, insufficient management measures, result in the decline of water quality. Countermeasures on water management approaches are suggested to deal with the current water pollution, and make tourism development sustainable..  相似文献

Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is an emerging persistent organic pollutant that is considered as a neurotoxicant in animal studies. However, these neurotoxicological studies did not evaluate potential neural deficits in aquatic animals associated from PFOA exposure. In this study, the effects of PFOA on neural genes expression and neuronal morphology in the planarian Dugesia japonica have been investigated. The results show that PFOA exposure results in neural-related genes expression alteration and neuronal morphology defects in planarians. These results suggest that the planarian D. japonica is a good bioindicator for the detection and evaluation of PFOA effects on freshwater invertebrates. The basal phylogenetic position of planarians makes them a good indicator species that can predict toxicity for higher taxa, providing information for the overall ecological toxicity of PFOA in aquatic environment.  相似文献
