关于既有民用建筑定期安全检测与维修问题的探讨

分析了既有民用建筑的现状，论述了既有民用建筑进行定期安全检测与维修的重要性，建议国家应制定既有民用建筑定期安全检测与维修的相关法规，并加强管理，保证实现工程的设计使用年限及延长建筑物的使用寿命，最大程度地发挥投资效益。     

Health impacts of air pollution in China

•Impacts of air pollution on various body systems health in China were highlighted. •China’s actions to control air pollution and their effects were briefly introduced. •Challenges and perspectives of the health effects of air pollution are provided. The health effects of air pollution have attracted considerable attention in China. In this review, the status of air pollution in China is briefly presented. The impacts of air pollution on the health of the respiratory system, the circulatory system, the nervous system, the digestive system, the urinary system, pregnancy and life expectancy are highlighted. Additionally, China’s actions to control air pollution and their effects are briefly introduced. Finally, the challenges and perspectives of the health effects of air pollution are provided. We believe that this review will provide a promising perspective on the health impacts of air pollution in China, and further elicit more attention from governments and researchers worldwide.     

Assessment of population exposure to particulate matter pollution in Chongqing, China

To determine the population exposure to PM(10) in Chongqing, China, we developed an indirect model by combining information on the time activity patterns of various demographic subgroups with estimates of the PM(10) concentrations in different microenvironments (MEs). The spatial and temporal variations of the exposure to PM(10) were illustrated in a geographical information system (GIS). The population weighted exposure (PWE) for the entire population was 229, 155 and 211 microg/m(3), respectively, in winter, summer and as the annual average. Indoor PM(10) level at home was the largest contributor to the PWE, especially for the rural areas where high pollution levels were found due to solid fuels burning. Elder people had higher PM(10) exposure than adults and youth, due to more time spent in indoor MEs. The highest health risk due to particulate was found in the city zone and northeast regions, suggesting that pollution abatement should be prioritized in these areas.     

直升机腐蚀原因分析及全寿命周期防护技术

通过直升机实际使用过程中暴露的腐蚀问题,分析了直升机全寿命期的腐蚀防护应对方法和思路。对陆地环境和海洋环境使用直升机的腐蚀情况进行了汇总,并对直升机典型腐蚀问题及改进措施进行了研究。在此基础上,进一步分析了导致直升机发生腐蚀的环境、设计、生产、制造、维护等原因,总结了直升机易腐蚀部位、腐蚀特点以及危害性。提出了采用“设计保证、生产实现、维护保持”的综合手段来提升直升机全寿命期的腐蚀防护能力。最后,对外场维护维修过程中需要重点关注的腐蚀控制手册、清洗、涂镀层修复、密封剂/缓蚀剂等问题进行了思考和分析,提出了需加快推进先进的防腐技术在直升机防腐中的应用,对有效开展直升机全寿命周期的腐蚀防护工作具有一定指导意义。     

浑河沈阳段生态健康评价指标体系的研究

健康的河流生态系统已经成为公认的河流管理目标,采用河流生态系统健康理论来研究城市河流具有较强的理论和现实意义.本文以浑河沈阳段为例,将根据整体性原则、层次性原则、可操作性原则和定性与定量结合的原则,参考国内外河流生态系统健康评价的指标体系,结合浑河具体情况对河流生态系统健康的评价指标体系进行了探讨。

对公路养护施工中产生的环境影响进行了分析,提出了缓解措施和加强施工管理的建议。     

A transportation network assessment tool for hazardous material cargo routing: Weighing exposure health risks,proximity to vulnerable areas,delay costs and trucking expenses

The inherent risks associated with accidental releases of hazardous materials during transport have drawn attention and concerns in the recent decades. The aim of this study is to propose a tool for evaluation and comparison of the transportation networks which can be used to assess the routing options between origins and destinations of the cargos for their suitability for transporting hazardous material cargos by tanker trucks and to identify routes which provide lower accidental release risks, lower public exposure risks, and offer economical benefits. Each route segment of transportation networks were evaluated using specific criteria which included health risk and cost of delay in case of an accidental release of materials, trucking cost and proximity to vulnerable areas. Since, the health impact of hazardous materials differ depending on the characteristics of the material being transported as well as release quantities and atmospheric conditions; this paper aimed in providing a tool that can be used to estimate the impact radius (for health risks) after accidental release of hazardous materials by taking into account different atmospheric conditions based on the meteorological data and solar elevation angle. The Gaussian air dispersion model paired with ArcGIS using Python programming were employed to estimate the health risk impact zones by considering the meteorological data, and accordingly to analyze road segments for cost impacts (delay and trucking costs), and the proximity to vulnerable areas. The route assessment tool was demonstrated with a case study. The results of this study can efficiently aid decision makers for transportation of hazardous materials.     

地下水污染健康风险评价理论体系研究

基于对风险的认识,以地下水为研究载体提出地下水污染健康风险评价的概念.按照风险识别、风险量化、风险管理的步骤构建了地下水污染健康风险评价的理论体系,并对每个步骤进行了详细的描述和研究方法的探讨,提出了判定的原则和方法以及对我国地下水污染健康风险管理的建议,以期为我国地下水资源管理和保护工作提供科学依据.     

基于灰色系统理论的军机维修性定性要求评价

目的综合考虑军用飞机维修性定性要求,系统地研究其评价方法。方法构建军用飞机维修性定性要求评价指标体系,基于灰色系统理论,建立灰色聚类评价模型。结果运用模型对某型军用飞机维修性定性要求进行了评价应用,结果为"良"。结论可为客观评价军机满足维修性定性要求的程度评价提供技术方法支持。     

外军装备维修及对我军弹药维修的启示

首先介绍了外军装备维修的现状和发展趋势,之后指出了我军弹药维修存在的问题,最后得出对我军弹药维修保障发展的启示。认为我军弹药维修保障应向军民一体化方向发展,开展全寿命保障,提高保障信息化水平,进行弹药两级维修体制的论证,并倡导绿色维修的新理念。
