(二)无铅焊料的发展现状

近十多年来,国内外已研究开发出了多种锡基无铅焊料,美国专利商标局USPTO网上专利文献数据库和日本专利局JPO网上专利文献数据库（英文版）中,锡基无铅焊料的专利已有上百种。主要是在Sn-Ag,Sn-Zn,Sn-Bi,Sn-Cu4大体系中加入Bi,In,Al,Ag,Cu,Mg,Cr,Ni,Mn,P和Re等合金元素构成三元或四元系合金焊料。
