非点源污染也称面源污染,因其污染的时空范围广,不确定性大,污染严重,对其治理及管理的难度也较大.由于化肥和农药的大量使用,农业非点源已成为中国水环境的主要污染源.文章中对农业非点源污染的特点、来源和危害进行了系统论述,并提出防治农业非点源污染的具体措施建议.

根据近几年来工作经验 ,总结提出了今后吉林市农业环保工作想法 ,以进一步推动农业环保事业发展 ,促进农业生态环境根本好转。

Toxic metals in sewage sludge-amended soils: has promotion of beneficial use discounted the risks?

Land application of contaminated waste products has been defended as beneficial use by some scientists and regulators, based on the premise that the behavior of any toxins accumulated in soils from this practice is reasonably well understood and will not have detrimental agronomic or environmental impacts into the foreseeable future. In this review, I use the case of toxic metals in sewage sludges applied to agricultural land to illustrate that metal behavior in soils and plant uptake is difficult to generalize because it is strongly dependent on the nature of the metal, sludge, soil properties and crop. Nevertheless, permitted agricultural loadings of toxic metals from sewage sludges are typically regulated using the sole criterion of total metal loading or concentrations in soils. Several critical generalizing assumptions about the behavior of sludge-borne metals in soil-crop systems, built into the US EPA risk assessment for metals, have tended to underestimate risks and are shown not to be well justified by published research. It is argued that, in the absence of a basic understanding of metal behavior in each specific situation, a more precautionary approach to toxic metal additions to soils is warranted.

论述了锰元素的地球化学特征和分布，农作物与锰元素的关系以及锰元素有效态含量的制约因素：土壤的含量、土壤的酸碱度、土壤的氧化还原环境、土壤的有机质含量。     

连云港市农业面源污染饮用水源的主要途径及防治对策

连云港市区主要饮用水源蔷薇河为南北走向,汛期易受东西走向的过境洪水影响,水质经常受到农业面源的污染。通过分析农业面源的来源、污染途径,提出了防治污染的具体措施。     

浙江城镇空间扩展与经济发展的遥感研究

近年来。浙江省经济飞速发展。城镇规模迅速扩大。但有关全省城镇建成区扩展面积的具体数量和扩展速度的客观数据还很缺乏。利用多时相的Landsat卫星遥感图像数据。采用目视解译与计算机自动分类方法，对1998～2001年浙江省城镇时空扩展进行了调查。调查结果显示，1998年和2001年浙江省县级以上城市建成区面积分别为977．85km^2和1499．06km^。3年内全省县级以上城市建成区面积扩展了521．21km^2，年增长速率达15．31％。在此基础上，根据区域社会经济统计数据，对城镇经济发展与城市空间扩展的相关性进行了分析。     

Comparing Environmental Conditions Using Indicators of Pollution Hazard

/ Land use/land cover classifications for 1973 and 1991, derived from the interpretation of satellite imagery, are quantified on the basis of biophysical land units in a study area in southeastern Australia. Nutrient export potentials are estimated for each land unit based on their composition of land use/land cover classes. Spatial and temporal comparisons are made of the land units based on the calculated pollution hazard indicators to provide an insight into changes in the state of the environment and the regional significance of land use changes. For example, one ecosystem, unique to the study, showed a large increase in pollution hazard over the study period as a manifestation of an 11-fold rise in cleared area and an expansion of cropping activities.
