广州轨道交通三号线高速行驶条件下对安全限界的影响研究

给出了轨道交通车辆横向偏移量的计算方法 ,并应用列车 -线路动力耦合模型 ,分析了广州地铁三号线的安全限界变化问题。确定了当前按 80km/h行车速度设计的建筑限界能满足 13 0km/h行车速度的要求 ,限界尺寸不需改动可保证列车运行安全平稳     

土壤全氮的快速测定

本方法是过硫酸盐氧化消化样品的基础上测定土壤中全氮的光度法.采用碱性过硫酸钾溶液(0.37mol/L K_2S_2O_3,0.375N NaOH)消化土壤样品,然后用百里酚光度法进行测定,具有准确、灵敏、快速、简便等优点,适用于常规和大量样品的分析.     

Rapid prenatal diagnosis of Patau's syndrome in a fetus with an abdominal wall defect by 72 hour culture of cells from amniotic fluid

A woman in the 32nd week of pregnancy was referred for investigation because of fetal abnormalities, including an abdominal wall defect, detected by ultrasonography. In view of the increased risk of chromosome abnormality, amniocentesis was performed to enable informed decisions about the management of the pregnancy and delivery to be taken. Cells from the liquor were inoculated into standard lymphocyte culture medium and incubated for 72 h. Slides with a high mitotic index and good quality metaphases, comparable to those from a blood culture, were obtained after harvesting. Cytogenetic analysis showed the karyotype to be 46,XY,—14,+t(13ql4q), which is consistent with Patau's syndrome. This technique appears to be an option for rapid karyotyping in cases of abdominal wall defect, where a chromosomal abnormality is suspected.

为适应用废铜制取电解铜时快速测定铜的需要，试验用快速电解法测定电解铜中的铜的方法，采用水浴控制溶样温度，电炉加热驱氮，加大电解电流，缩短电解时间，对不同电解酸度进行了探讨，样品测定结果重现性好，准确性较好。

在现代化城市建设与发展中,城市轨道交通引起的电磁辐射环境影响,越来越受到公众的关注,越来越受到各级政府的重视.本文以哈尔滨城市轨道交通工程为例,分析本工程的电磁辐射污染源,采用类比方法,预测和评价电磁辐射对环境的影响,提出了电磁辐射防护措施建议.     

生物酶技术在农药残留快速检测中的应用进展

综述了生物酶法快速检测有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的某些理论与技术问题。该技术是现代生物学技术同农业环境监测技术相结合的产物。并介绍了国内外关于农药残留快速测定的方法和研究状况，在快速和现场测定等方面有着巨大的潜力，是一种极具前景的快速检测技术。     

Hydromorphological and socio-cultural assessment of urban rivers to promote nature-based solutions in Jarabacoa,Dominican Republic

In Latin America and the Caribbean, river restoration projects are increasing, but many lack strategic planning and monitoring. We tested the applicability of a rapid visual social–ecological stream assessment method for restoration planning, complemented by a citizen survey on perceptions and uses of blue and green infrastructure. We applied the method at three urban streams in Jarabacoa (Dominican Republic) to identify and prioritize preferred areas for nature-based solutions. The method provides spatially explicit information for strategic river restoration planning, and its efficiency makes it suitable for use in data-poor contexts. It identifies well-preserved, moderately altered, and critically impaired areas regarding their hydromorphological and socio-cultural conditions, as well as demands on green and blue infrastructure. The transferability of the method can be improved by defining reference states for assessing the hydromorphology of tropical rivers, refining socio-cultural parameters to better address river services and widespread urban challenges, and balancing trade-offs between ecological and social restoration goals.Supplementary InformationThe online version contains supplementary material available at 10.1007/s13280-021-01565-3.     

快速城市化地区人工湿地景观生态功能优化研究

以太湖武进港河口人工湿地为例,在兼顾生态与景观美学的前提下,研究城乡交错区域湿地景观功能的优化设计,包括:岸边水体生态修复区,动植物景观配置,植物种类的多样性及植物种植的后处理,构建水、植物和动物三位一体的景观;形态设计,平面形态及纵断面的形态设计应实现优化人体视觉感官效果,避免简单的圆形、矩形等过于规整的形式;附属设施建设,运用跌水、花坛、小径、木亭、花架、植物等多种元素搭配,弱化硬质线条。通过上述相关的景观优化设计,达到人工湿地生态功能与景观效果的有机统一,提升人居环境质量。
