In a proton exchange membrane electrolyzer cell (PEMEC), liquid/gas diffusion layer (LGDL) is expected to transport electrons, heat, and reactants/products to and from the catalyst layer with minimum voltage, current, thermal, interfacial, and fluidic losses. In addition, carbon materials, which are typically used in PEM fuel cells (PEMFCs), are unsuitable in PEMECs due to the high ohmic potential and highly oxidative environment of the oxygen electrode. In this study, a set of titanium gas diffusion layers with different thicknesses and porosities are designed and examined coupled with the development of a robust titanium bipolar plate. It has been found that the performance of electrolyzer improves along with a decrease in thickness or porosity of the anode LGDL of titanium woven meshes. The ohmic resistance of anode LGDL and contact resistance between anode LGDL and the anode catalyst play dominant roles in electrolyzer performance, and better performance can be obtained by reducing ohmic resistance. Thin titanium LGDLs with straight-through pores and optimal pore morphologies are recommended for the future developments of low-cost LGDLs with minimum ohmic/transport losses.  相似文献

The interaction of the phototoxic alkaloid coralyne with bovine and human serum albumins (BSA, HSA) was investigated. Absorbance and fluorescence quenching experiments revealed the formation of strong complexes. Based on the binding parameters calculated from Stern-Volmer quenching method, coralyne has higher affinity to BSA (∼105 M−1) compared to HSA (∼104 M−1). Forster resonance energy transfer studies showed that the specific binding distances between Trp (donor) of the proteins and coralyne (acceptor) were 2.95 and 3.10 nm, respectively. The bindings were favored by negative enthalpy and a stronger favorable entropy contribution. The heat capacity values for binding to BSA and HSA were similar, indicating the involvement of similar molecular forces in the complexation. Competitive binding experiments using site markers demonstrated that coralyne binds to site I (subdomain IIA) of both proteins. The secondary structure of the proteins was altered, suggesting a small but definitive partial unfolding on complexation.  相似文献

采用X-射线能谱(EDX),傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR),X-射线衍射(XRI)对重庆市区大气颗粒污染物的元素组成,离子,物相组成进行顾研究,EDX检出了S,Cl,K,Ca,Ti,Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Se,Sr,Zr,Rb,Ga,Hg,Zn,Ni元素,FT-IR光谱发现主要存在SO4^2-,NH4^ 和NO3^-,XRD结果表明存在CaSO4.2H2O,α-SiO2,(NH4)2Ca(SO4)2.2H2O,(NH4)2SO4等4个主要物相以及Fe3O4,CaCO3等物相,初步讨论了重庆大气颗粒物的污染来源及其时间,空间分布。  相似文献

基于实验提出用标准加入法测定生态水泥中的重金属含量。包括微波辅助酸消解水泥试样,分离干扰元素,分取试液加入一定量待测元素标液,AAS测定等程序。文章选择具代表性的生态水泥,经试验确定了有关实验参数,通过建立标准曲线明确了实验条件下的线性范围、检出限。重复性试验表明各元素相对标准偏差在2.3%~9.3%之间。采用基底相似的土壤标样按标准加入法作回收试验,得到回收率在90%~96%之间。  相似文献

Pyrolysis is an alternative technology for oil sludge treatment. Thermogravimetric Analysis-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry were employed to investigate the pyrolysis process and products of oil sludge. The pyrolysis process was divided into five stages: drying and gas desorption, oil volatilization, main pyrolysis, semi-coke charring, and mineral decomposition. The main reaction temperatures ranged from 497.6 K to 753.2 K. The products were mainly composed of pairs of alkane and alkene (carbon number ranges from 1 to 27). The mechanisms consisted of random chain scission followed by end chain scission at high temperatures with volatilization occurring during the whole process. This study is useful not only for the proper design of a pyrolysis system, but also for improving the utilization of liquid oil products.  相似文献

对方法标准验证实验中测量数据进行合格性审核,对于后续方法精密度计算是一个重要环节。文献中识别离群值的Grubbs法、Dixon法等经典方法有时不能满足要求。探讨了用稳健统计法识别离群值的可行性。基于2套文献数据和XRF方法标准验证实验精密度测量数据,对Grubbs法、Dixon法、Mandel h检验法、质控指标法和稳健统计法(四分位法、迭代法、合格数据范围判定法)进行了比较。结果表明:稳健统计法可有效识别离群值。但四分位法存在过度"检出"现象。综合考虑多种方法识别结果有利于提高离群值判定结论的可靠性。对于个别难以判断的情形,可借助质控指标、技术要求以及数据是否剔除对实验室间标准偏差的影响进行取舍。  相似文献

Green fluorescent protein (GFP) was first isolated in the early 1970s for experimental use from coelenterates or the Pacific jellyfish. Aequorea victoria (Morin and Hastings, 1971). GFP has since become a favored biomarker in the photophysical analysis of molecular and cell biology because of its strong intrinsic visible fluorescence and the feasibility of fusing it to other proteins without affecting their normal functions (Creemers et al., 2000). Here we report using Bacillus subtilis expressing GFP to evaluate the influence of different environmental pH conditions on GFP fluorescence. Emission acquisitions were configured to excite at 471 nm and detect at an emission from 490 to 650 nm at 1-nm increments. Fluorescence intensity was significantly better at pH 7 (4.2 x 105 cps; P-value < 0.01) than at acid or alkaline conditions. GFP is a good biomarker for environments near netural conditions: however, GFP may be unsuitable where soils or waters are below or above pH 7 because of loss in fluorescence intensity. Alternative fluorescent markers and delivery systems must be examined in different environments to optimize responses from bioreporter molecules.  相似文献

近年来,水污染事件频发并带来严重的社会后果,如何才能行之有效的检验水质的好坏,采取何种水质分析技术至关重要。传统水质分析方法存在步骤繁琐等弊端。拉曼光谱是一种研究物质结构快速有效的方法,目前广泛应用于多个领域,但在水质分析中的应用讨论依然为数不多。拉曼光谱能够在不破坏水样的前提下快速准确的检测水质,为日常水质监督检测及水污染事件发生后快速找到污染源提供积极有效的帮助。本文概述了拉曼光谱用于水质分析的原理及优势,详细评述了拉曼光谱在水质分析领域中的研究成果,并对拉曼光谱用于水质分析的未来进行展望。  相似文献
