从受溴氨酸污染的泥土中分离出1株蒽醌染料中间体1-氨基蒽醌-2-磺酸(简称ASA-2)降解菌株GF3.经形态学观察和16S r DNA序列分析,鉴定该菌株为嗜吡啶红球菌.研究了该菌对ASA-2脱色的特性,并利用液相-质谱联用仪初步分析了ASA-2降解终产物.研究结果表明,外加蛋白胨、酵母膏和水解酪蛋白均能促进ASA-2的生物脱色,其中蛋白胨促进作用最为明显.进一步的研究发现多种氨基酸可加速ASA-2的生物脱色过程,其中L-亮氨酸促进效果最好.ASA-2脱色的最适环境条件为p H 8.0、30℃和150 r·min~(-1).最适条件下,菌株GF3可使108 mg·L-1的ASA-2在30 h内脱色率达95%以上,TOC去除率为62%.紫外-可见波谱显示,当ASA-2水溶液由红色褪成无色时,ASA-2的特征吸收峰完全消失,并在340 nm产生了新峰.进一步分析发现,ASA-2降解终产物质荷比为260,初步推测产物为3-氨基-4-磺酸基邻苯二甲酸.此外,菌株GF3还可以降解溴氨酸、蒽醌-2-磺酸钠和蒽醌-2-羧酸.  相似文献

Heavy Metal Pollution of Surface Soil in the Thrace Region, Turkey   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Abstact Samples of surface soil were collected at 73 sites in the Thrace region, northwest part of Turkey. Two complementary analytical techniques, epithermal neutron activation analysis (ENAA) and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) with flame and graphite furnace atomization were used to determine 35 elements in the soil samples. Concentrations of As, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn were determined using AAS and GF AAS, and ENAA was used for the remaining 27 elements. Results for As, Ba, Br, Ca, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cs, Cu Eu, Fe, Hf, I, In, K, La, Mn, Mo, Na, Nd, Ni, Pb, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sm, Sr, Ta, Tb, Th, Ti, U, V and Zn are reported for the first time for soils from this region. The results show that concentrations of most elements were little affected by the industrial and other anthropogenic activities performed in region. Except for distinctly higher levels of Pb, Cu, Cd and Zn in Istanbul district than the median values for the Thrace region, the observed distributions seem to be mainly associated with lithogenic variations. Spatial distributions of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn were plotted in relation to the concentration values in soil using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology  相似文献

采用Fe掺杂MOF前驱体ZIF-67(Fe@ZIF-67)为模版,通过煅烧制备了掺杂铁元素的金属有机框架衍生物(Fe@Co/NC).同时,首次采用Fe@Co/NC复合材料改性的石墨毡(Fe@Co/NC/GF)为阴极和石墨毡(GF)为阳极构建了电芬顿体系,研究了复合电极对络合重金属EDTA-Ni的去除效果.结果表明,Co/Fe、N掺杂的碳基催化剂具有高含量的吡啶氮(2.42%)和石墨氮(3.23%),提供了大量催化活性位点(C—N、Co—N_x),从而有效改善了催化剂氧还原的性能.在pH为3,Na_2SO_4浓度为0.1 mol·L~(-1),应用电流为40 mA的最佳条件下,反应120 min后,Fe@Co/NC/GF电芬顿体系对EDTA-Ni的降解率达到了97.4%,且有效拓宽了pH的应用范围.  相似文献

It was proved by in vitro and animal experiments, that the toxicokinetics (resorption, distribution, deposition and excretion) and, in connection with this, also the toxicity of the metals Cadmium (Cd), Copper (Cu) and Zinc (Zn) is closely associated to the low molecular weight protein Metallothionein (Mt). There is a considerable lack of information on the Mt concentration in human tissues and its correlation to Cd, Cu and Zn. Therefore the concentrations of Cd, Cu, Zn and Mt were determined quantitatively in liver and kidney samples of 184 deceased. The dependence of these concentrations from each other and from further parameters, i.e. age, sex, drinking and smoking habits, or diseases of the organs, is studied. Scalar values (concentrations, age) were compared by Spearman rank correlations. The influence of non‐scalar factors (i.e. sex, diseases etc.) was proved by comparison of the geometric means of the Cd, Cu, Zn and Mt concentrations in the tissues of the corresponding subgroups. The manner of influence of the main factors will be discussed.  相似文献

对石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中铊的分析条件进行优化,并比较不同前处理方法对测定结果的影响。结果表明仪器的最佳分析条件为:灰化温度和原子化温度分别为700和1 600℃,进样量为40μL,基体改进剂为0.5%的钯与硝酸镁。直接进样、MIBK萃取法和铁沉淀富集3种前处理方法对应的检出限分别为0.76,0.07和0.02μg/L;分别测定5,0.5和0.1μg/L含铊水样,其相对标准偏差分别为4.2%,6.1%和8.4%,加标回收率分别为92%,91%和88%,即3种样品前处理方式下,石墨炉原子吸收法对环境水样中铊均具有较好的测定效果。直接进样法适用于铊浓度较高的水样,MIBK萃取法和铁沉淀法则适用于较清洁水样。  相似文献

用加热浓缩-火焰原子吸收光谱法和石墨炉-原子吸收光谱法对环境水样中的镍进行了比较测定,结果表明,两种方法测定镍的各项指标均在要求范围,两种方法测定结果的相对误差均<7.1%,表明两种方法可以视为等效方法,作用可以相互替补使用.  相似文献

生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的污染特性   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对我国两种占主导地位的焚烧炉炉型-炉排炉和流化床产生的焚烧飞灰进行分析,包括16个采用炉排炉的主要生活垃圾焚烧厂和部分使用流化床的生活垃圾焚烧厂,对焚烧飞灰从重金属含量,氯、硫、碱含量,二英含量方面对我国生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的性质做比较全面的归纳和总结。统计结果表明炉排炉焚烧飞灰重金属含量要高于流化床焚烧飞灰,Zn的最高含量在10倍以上,均值也在7倍左右,Cu的最高值为7倍,均值为3倍,Cd,Pb,Cr,Ni的均值为7倍,4倍,4倍和1.5倍。Hg的差别最小,高出30%;炉排炉焚烧飞灰的氯、硫、碱含量全面高于流化床焚烧飞灰,炉排炉焚烧飞灰和流化床焚烧飞灰的平均氯含量分别为15.41%,1.71%,SO3的平均含量分别为10.67%,2.875%,焚烧飞灰的K2O和Na2O含量接近,炉排炉焚烧飞灰的平均含量为6.06%,5.325%,流化床焚烧飞灰的平均含量为2.43%,2.63%,两种类型的焚烧飞灰在碱含量上差别没有氯、硫大;焚烧飞灰的二英含量差别巨大,炉排炉和流化床焚烧飞灰二英含量低值比较接近,而高值炉排炉焚烧飞灰要高出流化床焚烧飞灰很多。  相似文献
