此文主要对工业牌号防锈铝合金板LF3、LF21进行了组织超塑性研究.结果表明,LF3防锈铝合金,在变形温度为470~510℃、ε_0=(5.56~11.1)×10~(-4)s~(-1)的试验条件下可实现超塑性;LF21防锈铝合金,在变形温度为510~540℃、ε_0=(5.56~8.83)×10~(-4)s~(-1)的试验条件下具有超塑性.  相似文献

Effects of switching over from gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) to pulsed current gas tungsten arc welding (PCGTAW) on the quality of joints produced in Hastelloy C-276 material were investigated. Welding was carried out both by autogenous mode and using ERNiCrMo-3 filler wire. Microstructures of weld joints produced with and without current pulsing were studied using optical and scanning electron microscopy. Microsegregation occurring in GTAW and PCGTAW joints was investigated using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Strength and ductility of weld joints produced with and without pulsing were evaluated. The results show that pulsing results in refined microstructure, reduced microsegregation and improved strength of weld joints. Secondary phase(s) noticed in GTA weldments were found to be absent in PCGTA weldments. Autogenous PCGTA weldments were found to be the best in terms of: (i) freedom from microsegregation, (ii) strength and (iii) freedom from unwanted secondary phases.  相似文献

目的对Ni-P合金表面层孔隙进行定量表征。方法通过SEM微观形貌图像分析孔隙分布,运用ImageJ软件对SEM图像进行处理,并统计分析Ni-P合金表面层孔隙的孔隙率、孔隙数目、等效直径等数据。结果电化学蚀刻在改性Ni-P合金表面层制备微孔层,随时间延长,表面微孔数量增多、孔径增大。蚀刻1,3,5 min的孔隙率分别为0.85%,4.34%,11.18%,蚀刻5 min后微孔发生交联,Ni-P合金层防护性能被破坏。结论电化学蚀刻3 min可在Ni-P合金表面层获得分布均匀、等效直径主要分布在100~850 nm之间的微孔。  相似文献

The corrosion rates of API X65 mild steel alloy in CO2 – containing produced water have been studied by weight loss technique, potentiodynamic polarization technique and characterization of the corroded surface techniques. The effect of temperature, speed of rotation, pH and acetic acid concentration were studied. The optimum condition in presence and absence of protective film were also addressed. The kinetic parameters and reaction behavior were discussed in details. Corrosion rates increases with increasing temperature, acetic acid concentration, and speed of rotation, and decreased with increasing solution pH. The primary corrosion product of API X65 mild steel is ferrous carbonate (FeCO3) at high temperatures, high pH's (alkaline media) and absence of acetic acid, which could act as a protective film so that CO2 corrosion rate can be reduced.  相似文献

电沉积Ni-P合金镀层由于其优异的性能而在多个领域得到了广泛的应用;流动镀电沉积由于可以较快地提高电沉积速度而受到极大的关注;建立了镀液平行式流过电极表面的流动镀装置,采用该流动镀装置,通过改变电流密度、流速、电极间距等不同的工艺条件,研究了流动镀条件下,电流密度、流速、极间距对电沉积Ni-P合金镀层中P含量和表面形貌的影响规律,并初步探讨了流动镀条件下各工艺条件对电沉积过程的影响机理.  相似文献
