利用青蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核试验,检测了城市生活污水处理厂各级处理工艺出水的诱变活性。在l6d生话污水处理的实验中,青蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率及核异常率2d后就呈现统计上的显著增加,并随暴露时间的延长而增高,第8天达到最大值。在不同浓度混合污水暴露实验中,蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率和核异常率呈现明显的剂量依赖性增加。实验结果表明:城镇生活污水具有较强的诱变活性,一级和二级处理工艺出水也具有一定的诱变活性。现有污水处理工艺有待于进一步改进。  相似文献

研究了铜和镉对蝌蚪的急性毒性和联合毒性,结果表明,Cu^2 对蝌蚪的24h,48h、96h和LC50分别为0.201,0.138和0.118mg/L;Cd^2 对蝌蚪的24h,48h和96h的LC50分别为32.1、23.3和18.9mg/L,Cu^2 和Cd^2 共存对蝌蚪的24h,48h和96h联合毒性相加指数(AI)分别为1.03、1.12和1.20。  相似文献

水体二价铜离子致蟾蜍蝌蚪DNA损伤和氧化损伤   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5

为研究水体二价铜离子(Cu2 )暴露对蝌蚪造成的损伤,以常见的中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪为研究对象,采用标准水生生物毒性实验法,将蝌蚪暴露于0.029、0.037、0.049、0.075 mg·L-1的铜溶液中7d,检测蝌蚪血细胞DNA损伤及机体过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷肮甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性.结果表明,随铜暴露浓度的增加,蝌蚪血细胞DNA损伤、MDA和GSH含量与对照组比均有明显升高,且呈浓度-效应关系.蝌蚪SOD、CAT、GSH-Px酶活性也有显著改变;MDA、GSH、DNA损伤均呈线性关系(R2分别为0.9968、0.8997).上述结果表明,水体二价铜离子可导致蝌蚪的氧化损伤和DNA损伤.  相似文献

Avermectins are a new class of macrocyclic lactones derived from mycelia of the soil actinomycete, and are among the most effective agricultural pesticides and antiparasitic agents. In this report, three avermectins (abamectin, ABM; ivermectin, IVM; and emamectin benzoate, EMB) were used to assess their toxic effects on tadpoles of four anuran species (Duttaphrynus melanostictus, Hylarana guentheri, Polypedates megacephalus and Microhyla heymonsi) using a static-renewal acute toxicity test. The results showed that there were significant dose-responsive correlations between the accumulated dead probit of tadpoles and the concentrations of the three avermectins. The 96-h half lethal concentrations (LC50) of ABM to the tadpoles of the four species were 0.042, 0.034, 0.020, and 0.014 mg/L; the 96-h LC50 values of IVM were 0.029, 0.012, 0.012, and 0.006 mg/L, and the values of EMB were 0.118, 0.111, 0.122, and 0.089 mg/L, respectively. Our study reveals that these agrochemicals probably make a significant contribution to the decline of amphibian populations, and provides valuable information about the toxic effects of avermectins on amphibians. © 2018 Science Press. When predator chemical cues are present, low activity of prey is a commonly seen defensive behavior. However, few studies have explored the functional implications of the defensive behaviors and, thus, elucidated the possible linkages between behavioral responses and its consequences. In this study, we experimentally investigated how behavioral responses of Hyla japonica tadpoles to predator chemical cues affect vulnerability to a dragonfly nymph Anax parthenope julius. The frequency of tadpoles attacked by dragonfly nymphs was lower with chemical cues of predator was present than without chemical cues, and most of attacks occurred when tadpoles were mobile. When tadpoles were exposed to chemical cues, on the other hand, their swimming speed was quicker and swimming distance was longer, respectively, and the rates of being approached of the swimming tadpoles by dragonfly nymph was lower than those not exposed to chemical cues. We found that the tadpoles are induced by predator chemical cues not only to generally lower activity but also to swim in bursts as additional behavior and that the suite of their behavioral responses reduce the vulnerability against dragonfly nymph. Tadpoles can receive information about the predation risks by chemical cues and adjust their defensive behavior accordingly.  相似文献

研究了12种洗发香波对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核的诱变效应。蝌蚪对各试验液中染毒7d,采心脏血制片。结果表明,8种洗发香波能诱发蝌蚪红细胞微核率显著升高,其致变效应与洗发香波浓度及染毒时间有关。  相似文献

用中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪进行毒性试验 ,在 1 8~ 2 0℃水温下 ,铜 ( Cu2 + )对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的 2 4 h、4 8h和 96h的 LC5 0分别为 0 .52 68/mg· L- 1 、0 .3 51 2 /mg· L- 1 和 0 .2 62 1 /mg· L- 1 ,其安全浓度为 0 .0 2 62 1 /mg· L- 1 ,在鱼病防治中铜 ( Cu2 + )对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪具有一定的危害。  相似文献
