在室内生长箱内盆栽沙打旺和柳枝稷的苗期生长阶段进行高土壤水分 (黄绵土土壤田间持水量FC的 80 % )和低土壤水分 (5 0 ?)处理 ,比较二者单、混播种植下水分利用与根冠生长差异 ,以探讨黄土高原半干旱丘陵区牧草植物的合理种植方式 .结果表明 :在水分利用方面 ,低水处理下混播使沙打旺和柳枝稷叶片瞬时水分利用效率均较单播提高 ,低水处理后混播群体水分利用效率也显著比单播柳枝稷增大 .在根冠生长方面 ,混播促进了柳枝稷地上部分植株高度生长 ,并使地下部分分配比重增大 ,根系绝对长度缩短 ;混播后沙打旺的植株高度降低 ,根系绝对长度增加 ,但干物质分配比重减小 .低水处理后 ,沙打旺和柳枝稷混播下的根冠生长趋向于资源的充分合理利用 ,表现在混播群体的根系生长有利于充分利用土壤深层水和表层来水 ,混播后地上部分高度的生长特征变化利于对光的利用 .因此 ,在水分和养分条件相对较差坡地占较大比例的半干旱黄土丘陵地区 ,采用沙打旺和柳枝稷混播种植相比各自单播利于促进苗期生长与提高土壤水分利用率 .图 2表 2参 10  相似文献

The potentials of tropical weeds namely, Nephrolepis biserrata, Panicum maximum, Eleusine indica, and Chromolaena odorata to accumulate lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) from soil within the premises of an automobile battery manufacturing company in Ota, south-western Nigeria, were explored. The weed samples were collected in both wet and dry seasons. Standard analytical methods were employed to collect, digest, and analyze the weeds. Lead levels in the weeds for both seasons ranged from 1990–4870, 1090–1730, 4800–7890, and 400–1210 µg g?1 dry weight (DW) for Nephrolepis biserata, Panicum maximum, Eleusine indica, and Chromolaena odorata, respectively, while the cadmium level in the weeds for both seasons ranged from 3.92–6.78 µg g?1 DW for N. biserata, 1.99–6.85 µg g?1 DW for P. maximum, 2.90–7.40 µg g?1 DW for E. indica, and 2.90–5.09 µg g?1 DW for C. odorata. There was no significant difference in the accumulation of both Pb and Cd for the two seasons. All the weeds showed Pb levels higher than the phytotoxic range. On the contrary, 99% of the weeds showed Cd concentration within the phytotoxic range. The weeds demonstrate good phytoremediation potentials of contaminated soil.  相似文献

比较了生长于淹水田间的水稻、稗草和异型莎草甲烷排放的生物学特性。结果表明,三种植物的甲烷排放量次序为稗草>水稻>异型莎草,前两者的甲烷排放量分别为后者的11倍和8.4倍。但这个次序刚好与这三种植物根系甲烷形成活性的次序相反。观察了三种植物甲烷排放的日周期变化。稗草和水稻根际土壤的产甲烷活性高于非根际土壤,而异型莎草的根际和非根际土壤的产甲烷活性之间无明显差异。还观察到稗草和水稻的叶鞘和茎杆连接节处的间隙是甲烷逸入大气的主要途径,而异型莎草则未见有可供甲烷排放的间隙与气孔。  相似文献

Plants and sediments were collected at three sites along Calabar River (CR), Upper Town Creek (UCC) and Lower Town Creek (LCC). The CR is a major tributary of Cross River, Nigeria. The concentrations of 10 heavy metals were determined and results for Fe, Mn and Zn at almost all the sites showed that the levels of these metals exceeded the amounts present in non-polluted areas. Fe was found in the highest concentration at all three sites in both plants and sediments. Correlation analysis between levels of heavy metals in plants and sediments were also determined. The occurrence of higher concentrations of heavy metals in plants and coastal sediments at CR, UCC and LCC is an indication of anthropogenically induced pollution rather than contributions from natural sources.  相似文献

为探究己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯(胺鲜酯,DA-6)与谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA)联用对柳枝稷修复镉(Cd)污染土壤的影响,通过田间试验研究不同DA-6浓度(0和10μmol·L-1)与不同GLDA施用方式(60 d内将600、1200和2400 kg·hm-2依次分为1、2和4次施加,分施2和4次的单次间隔时间分别为30 d和15 d)联合对土壤pH及可溶性有机碳(DOC)、柳枝稷生物量及Cd含量、Cd提取量、土壤总Cd及有效态Cd(DTPA-Cd)的影响.结果表明:① DA-6与GLDA联用能提高土壤pH和DOC,且pH和DOC随着GLDA施用量增加而显著增加;②DA-6与GLDA联用能显著提高柳枝稷生物量及Cd含量,其中DA-6和GLDA的施用量与施用次数是影响生物量及Cd含量的最关键因素;③柳枝稷Cd提取量在DA-6浓度为10μmol·L-1和分4次施加1200 kg·hm-2GLDA时最高,为22.18 g·hm-2,较CK(不施加DA-6和GLDA)及10D0(仅叶喷10μmol·L-1 DA-6)分别提高了1.93倍和1.23倍;④土壤总Cd在DA-6浓度为10μmol·L-1和分2次施加2400 kg·hm-2GLDA时最低,为0.529mg·kg-1,较CK与10D0分别降低21.04%和18.23%.因此,DA-6与GLDA联用能进一步强化柳枝稷修复Cd污染农田.  相似文献
