We tested separately the effect of two taxonomically related rotifers (B. patulus and B. macracanthus) on the population dynamics of another species (A. fissa) at low (0.5 ×10 6) and high food levels (1.5 × 106 cells/ml of Chlorella vulgaris) using different inoculation densities (0–100%). We also quantified the impact of A. fissa on the two brachionid species. Regardless of the presence of the competing species, an increase in the availability of food led to increase in the abundances of the three rotifers. The population growth of B. patulus, B. macracanthus, or A. fissa was affected negatively when cultured together with another species. An increase in the initial density of any one of the competing species became advantageous to maintain a certain population size. At a low algal food level, B. patulus was able to suppress A. fissa more strongly than B. macracanthus. On the other hand, at a high food level, B. macracanthus suppressed the population of A. fissa more strongly than B. patulus. Peak population densities for A. fissa varied from about 150 to 1000 ind./ml, depending on food density and the presence of competitors. The rate of population increase (r) of A. fissa, B. patulus, and B. macracanthus increased with an increase in food availability but decreased with increasing initial density of the competitor. Both Brachionus spp. experienced negative growth rates in the presence of A. fissa, especially at a high initial density of the latter. 讨论了铜在淡水藻(Scenedesmus subspicatus86.81SAG)细胞壁和细胞内分布规律,以及乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和水体腐殖酸(FA)存在下对铜分布的影响,研究结果表明,EDTA和FA的存在显著降低了细胞表面铜的吸附量,但是不影响细胞内铜的浓度,对测定数据进行分析。可以认为溶液相铜与EDTA或FA形成的铜络合物是生物无效形态,不参与铜在藻细胞壁上特定位点或生物配体的竞争结合反应。  相似文献

就丰产廉价的海洋巨藻(Durvillaea Potatorum)所制的生物吸附剂对Hg2 的吸附性能进行了研究,该生物吸附剂经特殊的稳定化预处理而得。研究表明,该生物吸附剂的Hg2 吸附容量对溶液的pH值十分敏感,在pH=3时,最大吸附容量达到3.1mmol/g(干重),在溶液pH=0.4~5.0的范围内,Hg2 的吸附容量为0.49—3.1mmol/g(干重);溶液中的C1-能显著地降低生物吸附剂对Hg2 的吸附容量;其对Hg2 的去除率可达到99%以上。该生物吸附剂可以有效地去除工业废水中的Hg2 。  相似文献

在强电离电场作用下,H2O、O2分子发生电离、分解电离和电荷交换反应,在分子层次上加工成高浓度羟基溶液。试验是在每小时处理2t压载水的试验系统进行的。把羟基溶液加入压载水输送管道内,仅距加入点4m长度地方取样检测,当压载水的羟基比值浓度达到0 63mg/L时,原生动物、单胞藻、细菌浓度分别从4 4×104/mL、6 0×104/mL、1 9×105/mL均减少到低于检测方法的最低限;剩余羟基药剂分解成H2O、O2等。从试验数据表明,羟基溶液是治理压载水有效、廉价、无残留物的创新方法。  相似文献

WAHMO model was used to simulate the distribution of pollutants in Dalian Bay, China as to predict well as the growth and control of alga. The observed and predicted values of main pollutants showed a good trend at all study locations and the different between them can be ignored. Simulation results illustrated that phosphate was one of limited factors to control algal growth at the location near the sewage outfall, meanwhile, away from the sewage outfall, the synergy of ammonium nitrogen and phosphate was the limited factor.  相似文献

对经特殊的稳定化预处理所得的海洋巨藻 (Durvillaeapotatorum)生物吸附剂对Hg2 的吸附动力学进行了研究 ,报导了不同Hg2 初始浓度、温度以及生物吸附剂平均粒径下动态吸附量与时间的关系 .结果显示 ,各吸附动力学曲线呈优惠型 ;当生物吸附剂平均粒径为 0 .45mm时 ,Hg2 的半饱和时间tS均不超过 6 0min ;Hg2 初始浓度和生物吸附剂粒径越小 ,吸附温度越大 ,达到吸附平衡所需的时间越短 .在测试范围内 ,生物吸附剂的平衡吸附容量与粒径和温度无关 .同时考察了吸附过程中的传质效应并对液膜传质系数kL进行了关联 ,结果表明 :当吸附时间t≤tS时 ,Hg2 的吸附速率为液膜传质控制 ;在测试范围内 ,kL为 0 .0 40 7~ 0 .112cm/s.本研究结果为利用海洋巨藻 (Durvillaeapotatorum)生物吸附剂处理含汞废水的规模化应用提供了一定的依据 .图 5表 2参 11  相似文献

The potential of commonly available green alga Ulva lactuca was investigated as viable biomaterials for removal of synthetic azo dye (Direct Yellow 12, DY-12) from aqueous solution. The results obtained from the batch experiments revealed that the ability of the U. lactuca to remove DY-12 from its aqueous solution was dependent on the dye concentration, pH, and algal biomass but less dependent on the particle size of the U. lactuca. The equilibrium conditions and kinetics of adsorption were investigated, and the adsorption kinetic was consistent with the pseudo-second-order model (R2=1). The adsorption isotherm followed only the Freundlich model with a correlation coefficient R2=0.99. This study demonstrated that the U. lactuca could be used as an effective biosorbent for the removal of DY-12 from its aqueous solution.  相似文献

选用太湖常见的沉水植物苦草(VallisneriaspiralisL.)和轮叶黑藻(HydrillaverticillataRoyle),构建微型生态系统。通过对沉水植物作用下水体中藻类叶绿素a及试验前后沉水植物生物量变化的观测,分析沉水植物与藻类的相互作用。结果表明,(1)相同条件下,苦草和轮叶黑藻对藻类变化的影响没有显著差异。(2)在苦草生物量相同的情况下,藻类叶绿素a初始值越大,其变化速率也越快。叶绿素a初始值差别越大,其变化速率差异越显著。轮叶黑藻也有相似的结果。(3)从试验前后苦草和轮叶黑藻生物量的变化可知,苦草受藻类影响较大,轮叶黑藻几乎没有受到藻的影响。  相似文献

采用逐步聚类分析方法预测水库浮游藻类的生长情况,以于桥水库为例,选取了1999~2006年7个水质和气象因子的56组数据建立逐步聚类分析模型,其结果用于预测2007~2010年的叶绿素a含量.结果表明,实测值与预测值的变化趋势基本一致,相关系数R达到0.94,线性相关性较好.预测值的平均绝对误差为-0.0007,平均相对误差为21.66%.逐步聚类分析法可以快速准确的对水库的叶绿素a含量进行有效预测.对逐步聚类分析模型的敏感度分析表明,影响于桥水库藻类生长的主要因素是水体的pH值、溶解氧以及总磷,因此控制这3个因素是预防藻类爆发的重要途径.  相似文献

Cadmium biosorption properties of non-living, dried river green alga from a river source, and water hyacinth weed, Eichhornia crassipes from a lake in Zimbabwe have been investigated. The cadmium uptake was found to depend on initial pH, uptake being apparently minimal at low pH values and increasing with an increase in pH. Cadmium biosorption kinetics by both samples is fast, with 80% of total uptake occurring within 60?min. The effect of initial solution pH and initial cadmium concentration on cadmium biosorption from a cadmium solution has been studied. The data for algal biomass fitted the Langmuir monolayer adsorption isotherm, while the biosorption of the metal by water hyacinth weed fitted the Freundlich adsorption isotherm with 1/n values all less than 1. Maximum metal uptake capacities were recorded using 0.35?g of biomass and a 250?mg?L?1 cadmium solution at pH 6.5 and at 25°C and these were about 85 and 50?mg?L?1 for water hyacinth weed and green alga, respectively, showing that water hyacinth weed offered a greater potential for cadmium uptake. The absorption was described by pseudo-second order rate model and the rate constant and equilibrium sorption capacity are reported.  相似文献
