| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirements of environment protection in new essential construction projects and technical update projects, three steps of design including preliminary design, technical design and construction design are used in the engineering designs with some difficulties. Finally, the whole project is up to compacted plan, smooth process flow, reliable and advanced technology, convenient production and reasonable economic benefit. |
