| Abstract: | Based on the air monitoring data from Changchun Environmental Protection bureau during the period of the State's Eighth - Five - Year Plan, the writer evaluated the pressnt quality of the atmospheric environment and analysed the features of the air pollution,studied the facts tha cause the pollution,pointed out the main problems in the atmospheric environment, and put forward some appropriate measures to solve them. |
