| 摘 要： | 通过对螺旋钉滚压成形的分析,提出螺旋钉的合理变形过程——平砧压入半无限体;建立了相应的工艺参数计算公式,经实验应用验证,计算简便、准确合理;为提高产品的产量和质量提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper proposed the rational deformation process of screw nail-flat platen press in semi-infinite body. Calculating formula for technology parameters is set up based on this analysis of roller forming of screw nail. The results have been verified by experiments .which are both simple and accurate. |
