2001年1～3月国内安全事故数据

简要介绍了2001年1－3月内发生的各种安全事故98起，包括火灾、交通事故、爆炸事故、矿业事故、毒物泄露和中毒等，进行了统计和分析。统计表明，在98起事故中，安全事故发全最多的前9个省份分别为江苏（12次）、辽宁（10次）、广东（8次）、广西、浙江（7次）、新疆（6次）、河南、贵州、湖北（5次），死亡人数最多的前9个省份（直辖市）分别为贵州（61人）、重庆（59人）、广东（51人）、江苏（35人）、广西（32人）、湖南（31人）、浙江（30）、辽宁、新疆（25人）。死亡人数最多的事故为重庆合川太和镇码头的沉船事故，死亡42人。

STATISTICS OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS IN CHINA DURING JANUARY TO MARCH IN THE YEAR 2001

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during January to March in the year 2001. Total 98 accidents are summarized and classified into six categories(Tables 1~6), i.e. the fire, traffic, explosion, mining industry, leakage and poisoning, and other accidents. Among the 98 accidents, the frequency percentages of occurence for the six categories are 7%, 38%, 31%, 17%, 5% and 2% respectively. The total casualty is 500 and the percentages of casualty for the six categories are 3%, 60%, 8%, 28%, 0.6% and 0.4% respectively. The analysis shows that the top nine provinces and cities where the accident number is high are Jiangsu (12 accidents), Liaoning (10), Guangdong (8), Guangxi and Zhejiang (7), Xinjiang (6), Henan, Guizhou and Hubei (5) and the top nine provinces and cities where the casualty number is high are Guizhou (61 dead), Chongqing (59), Guangdong (51), Jiangsu (35), Guangxi (32), Hunan (31), Zhejiang (30), Liaoning and Xinjiang (25). The accident in which the casualty is the most serious is the shipwreck happened in Chongqing and 42 were dead. The top ten accidents happened in China during January to March in the year 2001 are also given (Table 7).
