摘    要:Cd作为一种主要的环境污染物,它对生物的毒性已有较多的报道.Fe作为一种植物生长所需的微量矿质营养元素,其毒性研究尚少见。目前研究发现用Fe~(2+)含量超过1.5ppm的池水喷灌烟草,会产生毒害.水稻的“青铜色病”,“Alkagave病”、“Aki-ock病”、甘蔗的“斑叶病”都和Fe毒害有关.

Abstract:The effects of Cd and Fe on Cd and Fe contents and physiological indicators in leaves of tobacco Nicotiana tabacum were studied using pots and fields experiments. The absorption of Cd -was increased by either Cd or Fe treatment, while the absorption of Fe and the activity of catalase were enhanced only by Fe (<1000ppm) and inhibited by Cd and Fe (1000 -3000ppm). The activity of indole- 3-acetic acid oxidase and the contents of total amino acids, PRO and NH3 were all increased by Cd and reduced by Fe. The interaction between Cd and Fe was believe to be antagonistic.
