| Abstract: | With the continuous development of environmental protection industry, more and more legal problems are arising in the business activities of every enterprise, particularly those involving the consultations and negotiations on contracts, the content and performance of contracts, have become increasingly prominent in combination with the real cases they handled and the lawyers＇ practical experience for many years, the authors seek to discuss briefly the legal risk that the sellers should pay attention and measures of prevention and response in signing the sales contracts of environmental protection equipment. |
