中庭在大型地下商业建筑防火分隔中的应用

摘    要:某大型地下商业建筑总建筑面积大于20,000m2,防火分隔设计超出现行防火规范的要求。提出一种利用采取强化防火措施的中庭对该地下商业建筑进行防火分隔的方案,并对若干最不利火灾场景进行了数值模拟分析,计算结果表明该防火分隔方案能够达到现行防火规范要求的分隔效果,即使在中庭消防设施失效条件下也可以防止火灾在不同区域之间蔓延。

Abstract:The building area of a lager underground commercial building is lager than 20,000m^2 , and the fire compartmentation design cannot meet the requirement of current China fire code. A scheme with the fire protection enhanced atrium used for fire compartmentation was proposed in this paper. Several fire scenarios were selected for numerical simulation to test the possibility of fire spread from one area to another area. The results indicate such scheme can stop the fire spread and meet the same performance with eode requirement, even if some fire services installed in the atrium fail under fire situation.
