中国的水安全及其对策探讨

在对相关文献资料进行调研的基础上，阐述了我国水资源的现状及其存在的主要水问题，然后从这些水问题出发，就可能引发的人为性水安全问题：健康安全、粮食安全、生态环境安全、经济安全、国家安全等进行了讨论，最后就如何解决我国的水安全问题提出了：遵循水的自然客观规律．以及利用与保护、管理与调控、开源与节流、监控与预警并重的相关建议。

Discussion on Water Security and Recommendations in China

In this paper, according to some documents and information, water resource conditions and main water problems are described. Then, man made water securities are discussed respectively that could be generated by water problems, such as health security, food security, ecological environmental security, economical security, national security, etc. Finally, the paper puts forward some rational recommendations for solving these water security problems: we must abide by natural law of water and pay equal attention to the use, protection, management, adjustment, saving and monitoring of water resource.
