摘    要:经济型酒店已迅速发展为安徽酒店业一个新的增长点,已成为国内外酒店管理集团的焦点.然而,经济型酒店在快速发展的同时,面临着许多问题.现代酒店的竞争非常激烈,只有以顾客为中心,提高顾客的忠诚度和满意度,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地.阐述了安徽省经济型酒店的发展现状,对影响安徽省经济型酒店顾客忠诚度的因素进行分析,探讨了目前安徽省经济型酒店提高顾客忠诚度面临的问题,最后从顾客忠诚的角度提出发展安徽省经济型酒店的策略.

Development Strategy of Anhui Budget Hotel Based on Customer Loyalty

Abstract:The budget hotel quickly developed into a new growth point of Anhui hotel industry and became the focus of domestic and international hotel management group. However, the rapid development of budget hotels also faced many problems. Modern hotels were very competitive, and only to the customer as the center, to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction, in order to remain invincible in the fierce competition. This paper firstly described the development of Anhui budget hotels, then analyzed the factos affecting the customer loyalty of Anhui budget hotels, and explored the facing problems of improving the customer loyalty of Anhui budget hotels. Finally, put forward the development strategy of Anhui budget hotels from the perspective of customer loyalty.
