| 摘 要： | 电视机和有线通讯设备的生产，均采用流水线作业方式，３９０名生产工人的主要慢性肌肉骨骼损伤有手疲劳、右臂疲劳及肩痛，与对照人群比较，Ｐ〈０．０５差异显著。手痛、腕痛、颈痛及上下背痛虽多于对照人群，但无统计学意义，这与Ｌａｏｐａｊａｒｒｉ和ｓｈｉｈａｎ 等报告不同，这可能与当时工厂定额相对较低，全天纯劳动工时相对短有关

| Abstract: | The chronic musculoskeletal injuries in workers who worked at the television(TV)and wire communication installation assembly line had been studied.The results showed that the chronic musculoskeletal injuries appeared among 390 workers were complains of fatigue in hands and right arm as will as shoulders pain.The prevalence was higher as comparete with that was statictis difference between the two groups of workers. The prevalence of hands pain, wrists pain, neek pain, upper back pain and lower back pain were also higher than that of the control gnoup.But there was no statictes difference while it was different in Lacpajarri and Shihams' report,the different may be resulted from shorter labour time and lower working load in our study. |
