关于当前我国农业农村环境保护的思考与建议

农业农村环境保护关系到党中央提出的脱贫攻坚和污染防治两大攻坚战及乡村振兴的重大战略决策,非常重要。但同时,农业农村环境保护涉及面广,欠账多,管理能力弱,工作难度大。本文在对形势深入思考的基础上,阐述了目前农业农村环境保护的工作重点和工作思路,就加强监督管理、理顺优惠政策、完善政策制度设计和有针对性地建立工作模式等方面提出了对策建议。

Thinking and suggestions on current agricultural and rural environmental protection in China

Agricultural and rural environmental protection is very important to the two major battles against poverty and pollution put forward by the CPC central committee and the major strategic decisions of rural revitalization.But at the same time, agricultural and rural environmental protection involves a wide range of areas;management capacity is weak;the work is difficult.On the basis of deep thinking on the situation, this paper expounds the focus and working ideas of the current agricultural and rural environmental protection, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening supervision and management, straightening out preferential policies, perfecting the design of policy system and establishing the working mode.
