淡水湖泊底泥微生物优势属及其生态位分析:以八里河为例

摘    要:基于2017年7月—2018年4月4个季节的八里河底泥微生物采样分析,分别计算细菌和古菌优势度指数并筛选出优势属,通过生态位宽度、生态位重叠指数和生态响应速率分析,对细菌和古菌优势属进行生存能力分类,并分析其在各季节的发展空间。结果表明:5门13属细菌优势属以变形菌门和厚壁菌门为主,4门8属古菌优势属以广古菌门为主;细菌和古菌优势属按照生存和环境适应能力强弱可划分为4类和3类;多数细菌优势属在除春季外的其他季节具有发展空间,而多数古菌优势属在4个季节交替发展或抑制。

Abstract:Based on seasonal sampling and analysis on the sediment microorganisms in Lake Balihe from July 2017 to April 2018, the dominant generas of bacteria and archaea were identified by the dominance index. These dominant generas of bacteria and archaea were classified, respectively, and their development space were also analyzed by niche breadth, niche overlap index and ecological response rate. The results showed that 5 phyla, 13 dominant generas of bacteria mainly concentrated in ProteoBacteria and Firmicutes, while 4 phyla, 8 dominant generas of archaea mailly concentrated in Euryarchaeota. According to the survival and environmental adaptability, these dominant generas of bacteria and archaea were classified into 4 and 3 categories, namely. Besides, the majority of the dominant bacteria had development space in the seasons except spring, while most of the dominant archaea developed and inhibited alternately in four seasons.
