| Abstract: | By discussing and analyzing such some questions as the government function change,the forestry taxation and charges of collection and use in rationality,the compensation mechanism of non-commercial forest,the supervision in forest property circulation etc.The questions had to be confronted and solved by the goverment after reform of Fujian collective forest property system had been finished.On the base the paper puted forward the relevent reformations and suggestions. |
