| Abstract: | In this paper,the forming technology of the three-pin gear for transmission of motorcycle is analysed. Using high speed cold upsetting-extruding technology can improve quality of three-pin gear,reduce mechanical process and decrease the production costs. The paper minutely discusses for the forming technology and die design to three- pin gear. |
