基于熵权物元可拓模型的智慧档案馆安全评估

摘    要:为了评估智慧档案馆的安全状况,预防安全事故发生,通过分析智慧档案馆的安全因素,构建了由8个一级指标、38个二级指标构成的智慧档案馆安全评估指标体系,并将信息熵理论和物元可拓理论有机结合,构建了智慧档案馆安全熵权物元多级可拓评估理论模型。应用该指标体系和理论模型对某档案馆进行了实证研究,得出其安全等级为V级(安全),为该馆针对性地提出了加强安全工作的整改建议。评估结果与实际情况一致,验证了该评估指标体系和评估理论模型的正确性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to be able to evaluate the safety of the smart archives by preventing from the safety accidents properly and avoid likely accidents,this paper intends to build up a comprehensive systematic safety evaluation index system for such archives. Such a kind of smart system of archives is actually composed of 8 first-class evaluation indexes,such as the library safety and the 38 second-class evaluation indexes,i. e. the peripheral environment ones. The said index system has to be organized with the analysis function of the corresponding literatures with its results gained from the said field,particularly,those which can take into primary account the file safety factors of the offline,online,entity,and those of the cloud and other corresponding aspects. And,secondly,it has taken the DEMATEL model to analyze and select more factors preliminarily in combination with the expertise assessment opinions based on the influential factors involving the smart archives safety. And,furthermore,the model has retained the key factors with greater stress onto the factors influencing the safety of the smart archives but getting rid of those less significant ones to the safety,such as the centrality,influence and the rest less influential ones. Besides,the suggested model of ours has also formulated the matter-element multi-level extension evaluation model of the safety entropy weights of such archives by integrating the information entropy theory with the matter-element multi-level extension theory,so as to enable the application of the evaluation index system and the theoretical model to the empirical study of such archives. Thus,it can be seen that the safety level of the smart archives can be elevated to level V,that is,the safety evaluation result,through the 3-level extension evaluation the paper has proposed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the results of the first and second level assessment,the safety assessment of the 3 first level assessment may indicate that the personnel safety and the 9 second level assessment,such as the safety awareness level IV,that is to say,the situation of the relative safety. Hence,the paper can provide rectification measures for further strengthening the safety work for the library. And,in so doing,the evaluation result can be proven consistent with the actual situation,whose correctness and reliability can be guaranteed by the needed evaluation index system and the evaluation theoretical model. In one word,the given paper can be said qualified enough to provide for a practical approach to the safety evaluation of the smart archives.
