汽车空气滤芯厂聚氨酯废水处理的试验研究

摘    要:采用“混凝—破乳—活性白土吸附”的物化组合水处理工艺降解某汽车空气滤芯厂的聚氨酯PU工艺废水。该组合工艺将COD从9500 mg/L降至200 mg/L,其去除率大于95%,出水可以直接排放到厂区内的污水生化处理池。该组合工艺处理成本低。

Abstract:A combined physicochemical water treatment process of"coagulation-demulsification and activated clay adsorption"is developed to degrade polyurethane PU process wastewater from an automobile air filter plant.This combined process degrades the wastewater COD from 9500 mg/L down to 200 mg/L,the removal rate accordingly reaches over 95%and the effluent can subsequently be discharged directly into the biological treatment tank in the factory.The operating cost of the integrated process is low.
