| 摘 要： | 通过分析近年来我国的公共安全形势和突发事件发生基本情况,预测未来5~10年各类突发事件的发展趋势,借鉴国外应急管理工作的特点和先进经验,总结分析我国应急体系与应急能力现状及存在的主要问题,提出提升我国应急体系和能力现代化建设水平的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the public security situation and the occurrence of emergencies in China in recent years and predicts the development trend of various emergencies in the next 5 to 10 years.By referring to the characteristics and advanced experience of emergency management in foreign countries,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and main problems of China's emergency system and emergency capacity,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the modernization of China's emergency system and capacity. |
