旅游规划环境影响评价研究

随着旅游业的发展，在满足国内外日益提高的旅游需求的同时，造成旅游区生态环境与人文遗产不同程度的破坏，出现旅游资源退化现象，人们越来越意识到保护旅游资源和旅游环境的重要性。通过分析旅游规划环境影响评价的研究意义，探讨旅游规划环境影响评价的原则、内容、指标体系及其程序，并提出了开展旅游规划环境影响评价的整体方案，为今后的旅游规划环境影响评价奠定基础，为旅游事业可持续发展提供科学依据。

Research on Environmental Impact Evaluation of Tourism Plans

With the development of the tourism industry , the ecological environment and cultural heritage of tourist areas have recorded different degree of damage while meeting the increasing travel demand both at home and abroad .The degeneration of tourist resources has raised the awearness of more and more people for tourism resources and environment protection .Through the analysis on significance of tourism planning environmental impact assessment, this paper discusses the principles of tourism plan-ning environmental impact assessment, content, index system and its application.It puts forward the overall solution for tourism planning environment impact assessment to lay the foundation for the environmental impact assessment of the tourism planning in the future, and provide the scientific basis for the sustainable development of the tourism industry.
