用于环境适应性验证的高加速应力试验

对于一些高健壮水平的信息化电子设备,由于产品环境裕度很大,采用常规环境模拟试验技术很难验证出产品的环境适应性水平,也无法知道产品的环境健壮裕度。基于此,提出了一种高效率的用于环境适应性验证的加速应力试验技术,将当前环境适应性试验＂通过或不通过＂的符合性验证现状,发展到装备环境适应性水平的定量评估层次,来验证产品的环境裕度。从用于环境适应性验证的加速应力试验的理论出发,阐述加速应力试验的依据、前提、应力种类、方案设计等几方面内容,力争为改变我国在装备研制中根据标准和规范确定产品环境试验项目、试验条件的被动状态提供一点解决思路。

Highly Accelerated Stress Test for Environmental Worthiness Verification

Due to equipment informationization,the environmental sensitivity of electronic equipment increases,while the requirements of operational performance and life improving.In this case,the technology of traditional reliability test already cannot satisfy the need,especially for some electronic equipment with high robust level and informationization.Because the stress margin of products is very large,using the technology of conventional reliability test is difficult to verify the environmental adaptation of products,also cannot get the stress margin of products.Therefore,its’ necessary to put forward a kind of effective accelerated stress test technology for the environmental adaptability.A highly accelerated stress test technology for environmental worthiness verification was put forward,which develops environmental worthiness tests from ＂pass or not＂ to quantitative evaluation and to verify the stress margin of products.Based on the accelerated stress test theory of environmental worthiness verification,several aspects of accelerated stress test were discussed,which were basis,premise,stress type and design of accelerated stress test.The purpose was to provide a solution to change the passive state of determining product test items and test environmental conditions according to the standards and norms in Chinas′ equipment development.
