除尘器滤袋更换周期确定新方法的探索

通过对CXBC180 78除尘器滤袋失效观测数据及其受力情况的深入研究 ,采用可靠性数学方法确定了 2 0 8滤袋寿命分布函数 ,提出了根据滤袋使用可靠度要求确定换袋周期的新方法。经实践证明 ,该方法比较客观地反映了滤袋失效规律 ,为选择最佳的换袋周期提供了理论依据

EXPLORATIOIOF NEW WAY TODETERMINE REPLACEMENT CYCLE TIME OF FILTER BAG OF DUST COLLECTOR

By analyzing observed data of bag failure and force condition of CXBC 180 78 dust collector,a reliability mathematic method was used to determine the lifespan distribution function of 208 filter bag of dust collector,and a new way to determine replacement cycle time of bag by use reliability was put forward.The practice proved that the new way reflected the law of bag fault more objectively,it provides a theoretical basis for selecting the best cycle time of a bag replacement.
