| 摘 要： | 本文采用多目标排队决策法对专家的咨询意见进行了定量处理,从各用地部门的经济、生态和社会效益出发,确定了他们的优先级,并结合土地利用现状对今后的土地利用结构作出了合理的调整规划设想。

| Abstract: | The study is started by asking classified specialists for the priority for different agricultural sectors which part- ly contradicted in their occupation of land,and then use multiobjective ordering methods to quantify the sugges- tions from experts which based on the economic-ecological socieatial benefits.The author integrate the suggestions from each scientist,and according to the weight value for different consideration of benifits and the present land u- tilization,designed a rational prospecting land use structure and regional pattern for Dalian area of Liaoning. |
