湿陷性黄土地区输油管道的防护措施

针对黄土地区地形、地貌特点,分析湿陷性黄土的工程地质条件和特殊的人文社会环境,并结合长庆油田管道建设、运行的实践经验,提出了从管道建设到运行过程中应采取的一系列防护措施以及事故状态下的应急措施,以提升安全环保防范能力和水平,保证管道的安全,并最大程度地降低管道建设运行对环境产生的不良影响。

Protective Measures of Oil Pipelines in Wet Sinking Loess

In accordance with the topography and geomorphology characteristics of loess areas,this paper analyzes the engineering geological conditions and special humanity and social environment of wet sinking loess.Combined with the practical experience of pipeline construction and operation of Changqing Oilfield,it presents the protective measures from pipeline construction to operation and emergency measures under accident circumstances to improve the ability and level of safety and environmental precautions,ensure the safety of the pipeline,and minimize the adverse impact of pipeline construction and operation on the environment.
