山茶花扦插生根剂及营养液的筛选

摘    要:以云南红花油茶当年生半木质化的春季枝条为试验材料,用不同植物生根激素、营养液处理材料后进行扦插繁殖试验,比较不同生根激素和营养液对扦插枝条生根成活的影响。结果表明:使云南红花油茶生根成活率较高的植物激素组合是NAA(500mg/L)+KT(100mg/L),生根率达65%;而较适宜扦插枝条生根成活的营养液配方是MV,生根率达到了80%。

Abstract:The cottage experiment is conducted with current - year growth camellia reticulate quickset by using different kinds of rooting reagents and nutrition solutions to compare the survival rate of the quicksets. The results show that the plant hormone of NAA and KT as one group keeps the higher survival rate which is more than 65%. However, the nutrition combination that is more suitable for quickset rooting is MV, the rooting rate is 80%.
