摘    要:采用明矾-聚丙烯酸(PAA)复合配方处理乳化油废水,不仅破乳效果好,而且实现了油水分离,破乳后油珠聚集上浮形成油层,下清液澄清透明。通过电子显微镜、粒度分析仪、Zeta电位仪等测试手段,发现明矾主要起凝聚破乳作用,破乳后的油珠以单体或聚集体被PAA通过吸附架桥作用絮凝成大的油团,一并上浮从而达到除油的目的。明矾的凝聚作用和PAA的吸附架桥作用都满足不了油珠聚并的条件,因此油珠间并不发生聚并成为更大的油滴,而仅仅是相互聚集在一起。

Abstract:A method of alum-polycrylic acid (PAA) has high efficiency to deal with oily wastewater. It has a good de-emulsifying effect and can separate oil from water with oil droplets congregating and floating and spare liquor clear and transparent. Observed by an electron microscope, particle size analyzer and Zeta probe analyzer, results showed that alum can break up emulsification and PAA can adsorb and bridge the oil. Oil droplets only congregate together and couldn't merge into bigger ones since the function of alum and PAA can't meet the merging conditions.
