摘    要:于2009年8至10月对比调查研究了由人工湿地-池塘养殖复合构成的池塘循环水养殖系统和传统池塘养殖系统中水体理化和生物特征,并利用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(DGGE)分析了两系统中的细菌多样性。研究结果表明:试验期间各池塘水温和溶氧随月份呈下降趋势,对照塘NH4+-N和TP显著高于循环塘(P<0.05),而循环塘间无显著差...

Abstract:The bacterial diversity investigation in the integrated system of constructed wetland and pond aquaculture was carried out during the period of Aug.~Oct.2009,using analytic method of DGGE(denatured gradient gel electrophoresis). The findings presented that temperature and DO of the culture ponds changed over the investigation period,and both bacterial density and diversity in the culture pond varied with change of the season;in addition,the levels of NH4+and TP in the control pond were significantly higher(p<0.05)than those in the recirculation ponds.Correlation analysis pertaining to the investigation revealed that bacterial diversity was remarkably and positively correlated with DO,but negatively with NH+4and TP.It was concluded that the pond-recirculation aquaculture could enhance bacterial diversity in the ponds thus the pond system became more stable ecologically.
