| 摘 要： | 党的十五大把环境保护问题作为基本国策,并强调:“正确处理经济发展同人口、资源、环境的关系”。这表明生态问题已经引起高度重视,建立和发展生态工业已成为当前一项重要任务。本文在介绍生态工业定义的基础上,说明了建立和发展生态工业的必要性及其如何建立和发展生态工业。

| Abstract: | Environment protection has been viewed as the fundamental policy in the 15~(th)meeting of Communist Party and emphasize that We should deal with correctly therelations of economic development and population, resources, environment, which showsthat ecological prolem has been taken highly into account, The built and development ofecological industry is an important mission. The paper presents the definition ofecological industry firstly, and then expounds the necessity of the built and developmentof ecological industry, finally, explains how to build and develop the ecological industry. |
