| 摘 要： | 以城市污泥的无害化处理和资源化利用为目标，研究污泥处理处置的技术。污泥处理包括污泥脱水过程中高分子絮凝剂与助凝剂的效果；污泥处置新技术包括污泥的营养特性，生产有机复混肥，施用污泥复混肥对作物、土壤的影响，确定污泥施用的安全性指标。并评价了污泥的农用效果与环境效应。

| Abstract: | Sludge treatment and disposal technologies axe studied with the aims of harmless treatment and resource reuse. Sludge treatment includes water removal. Sludge disposal involves the nutrient characteristics of the sludge to product organic fertilizer and the effects from the fertilizer to the soil and plants. The agricultural effects and environmental benefits of the sludge disposal are assessed. |
