林业的社会与自然协调发展--林业社会化发展方式

我国林业发展没有取得令人满意效果的主要原因是社会系统与自然系统不能协调发展.土地所有者虚位、国家投入不足、急功近利等都是人组成的社会系统这一控制主体自以为是的结果.树立人与自然是"伙伴关系"的观念,针对社会系统出现的与自然系统不协调的问题采取对策,采取林业社会化发展方式,必将实现林业的社会与自然协调发展.

The Coordinated Growth on Society and Nature of Forestry:Development Way on Socialization

Our country hasn't achieved satisfactory results in the development of forestry. There are many reasons for this, but it lies mainly in that the development of the social system and the natural system can't be well coordinated. The social system, made up of humans,is the main body to control the development,which considers itself always in the right.This leads to the vacancy of landowners, the insufficiency of the state investment, the eagerness for quick success and instant benefit and so on. It is important for us to acquire the outlook that the relationship between man and nature should be Relationship of Companion.We should take emergency measures to deal with the incoordination,and bring about a great advance in forestry being socialized.Therefore,it is sure to be realized that society and nature will be well coordinated in forestry before long.
