摘    要:将粒状活性炭作为三维电极的粒子电极处理超高盐榨菜腌制废水。采用静态实验,对比了二维电极与三维电极对该废水COD和磷酸盐的去除效果,考察了三维电极条件下极板间距、活性炭填充量、电解时间、电解电流及初始pH等对该废水COD和磷酸盐去除率的影响。结果表明:三维电极对超高盐榨菜腌制废水COD和磷酸盐的去除率明显高于二维电极;在原水pH(4.3—5.0),废水体积600mL,电流8A,活性炭填充量250g,极板间距6.5cm,电解时间150min时,处理效果良好,COD和磷酸盐去除率分别为76.47%和97.81%。由波长扫描图可初步认为部分有机物直接被氧化为二氧化碳。

Abstract:Using particle activated carbon as particle electrode in three-dimensional electrode was applied to treat pickle wastewater with high salinity. Through static tests, the treatment effects of the methods of two-dimensional and three-dimensional electrodes were compared to remove COD and phosphates. Under the environment of three-dimensional electrode, because of the distance between main electrode plates, filling quantity of activated carbon, electrolysis time, electrolysis current and pH value, the efficiency of removing COD and phosphates were investigated. The results indicate that the three-dimensional electrode method is superior to two-dimensional. Under the conditions of wastewater volume of 600 mL, raw water pH (4.3~5.0), electrolysis current of 8 A, the amount of activated carbon filling quantity of 250 g, the distance between main electrode plates of 6.5 cm, electrolysis time of 150 min, COD and phosphates removal rates were 76.47% and 97.81%, respectively. Wavelength scan indicated that part of the organic matter were directly oxidized to carbon dioxide.
