| Abstract: | The stable operation of municipal effluent treatment plant is the key factor for water quality of Liaohe River Basin.The paper presents the basic situation of construction of municipal effluent treatment plant in Liaoning province,analyzes the main problems of operation that makes impact on effluent treatment plant,puts forward the countermeasures that guarantee the normal operation in effluent treatment plant. |
