| Abstract: | Based on the vital statistic datum of Shandong province and using the theory of grey system,the author analyzed the influence of prior wavefiltering of grey modeling datum on forecast precision GM(1,1).It concluded that the prior wavefiltering may highly improved the predicion of forecast. |
